I was very pleased with the friendly staff. The food was great and the rooms were clean and modern. The rates were reasonable for quality of stay. ALL IS EXCELLENT

The place is newly renovated and very nice. The staff is friendly, good breakfast, nice facilities. SO much better than some places on Central Ave, maybe ALL places on Central.

Had an excellent two night stay in a king suite room.
It was clean, quiet, with a friendly staff and a reasonable nightly rate. It's fairly close to a few convenience stores and has the usual overpriced store in the lobby. But my partner and I had an excellent stay and would certainly stay again.

We booked the comfort inn and suites for our wedding room block. We were very happy with the services they offered. This hotel was recently updated and the lobby and breakfast area are perfect places to hang out with friends and meet up with family. Initially, the communication from the hotel was spotty, but ever since Annalise took over, the communication has been great and she was very accommodating. I would recommend when in need of groups, working with Annalise because she was great. The hotel staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. The shuttle services provided to and from our wedding venue was great. The shuttle driver was very friendly and a perfect way to end the evening. Guests arrived to our venue for the ceremony right on time and all accounted for. The only con was the breakfast spread could have been better, but covid has understandably changed the hotel breakfast. We were very happy overall and would recommend.

Hot tub still not working. Breakfast was emptied out by 730am. Staff can be hard to find. Room was nice.

Great little hotel has a gym indoor sauna and pool very clean rooms beds are cozy and comfortable this place is top notch and very affordable

Rooms were clean and well furnished pillows were a bit too soft they had a nice pool and hot tub that was not heavily chlorinated like most its right near the highway they have free included breakfast that was better than most hotels keys were a bit confusing as there was no indicator of how to insert the card in the door.

My daughter and grandkids spent the night there from out of town they said it was a very nice place and enjoyed it

The renovations look very nice.the outside and lobby areas look modern and clean. The rooms need some work still. The bathroom door was askew and dragged on the floor (we weren't able to completely close the door). The walls of the bathroom were quite dirty as well. The outside of the main door was damaged. The beds made our backs hurt unfortunately. The free breakfast was a bonus. If you need a place to stay in a pinch the location is great but the small details are just disappointing. We asked for an early checkin and were able to get in 30 minutes early.they were kind enough to let us wait in the lobby area. When we asked for silverware later in our stay, we were directed to look by the breakfast area. Overall, the employees were pretty friendly.

Most every thing was very nice. The toilets are not senior friendly! Very short!

Wonderful place to stay. There was recent updates done, conveniently located and easy to find, staff was wonderful and breakfast was decent. We went back for a second night's stay!

Needs some updates. Bathroom sink was cracked and leaking.
Bed was comfortable. Due to pandemic there are limited services.

They are in the process of renovating. A lot of things people complained about in the previous comments have been replaced. The pool was great. The room was good but for some odd reason we had no dresser or desk of any kind. Not a big deal, but you just expect to see things. I would stay here again.

We drove over two hours for a family event and chose this hotel because it was the closest one with a pool and hot tub. We got to the hotel to find out they are renovating and the pool area was closed. That upset us right away due to the fact that there was no note stating that it would be closed! Then the door to our room was tricky to open from both inside and outside. Then the smoke alarms in the building kept going off randomly. Very disappointed to have to stay here.

Nice pool, nice rooms, great service, and convenient location. Breakfast is complimentary and has toast and waffles and such but lacked kosher/halal/vegetarian hot items (only a microwavable prepackaged Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich and hard boiled eggs). More gluten free options would be nice, like some hot sausage, potatoes, or scrambled eggs
