Common at The Reserve, 10035

I must say that I’m impressed! I’ve been searching for a comfortable and easy move from my studio apartment and I’ve found heaven on earth with Common At The Reserve. Nashawn Kearse was my tour guide thru the building and I was almost tears. Communication with him was tip top and I was a little nervous but he made all of that subside. The apartments and amenities are over the top and I can’t wait to settle in and start my new journey. Thank you, Thank you for the wonderful tour.

Nashawn Kearse is a cool chill lay back people and made me feel comfortable on this tour. He is a people person. I had second thoughts on the room I wanted but he changed my mind. I am glad and I recommend anyone to go to him for the tour.

Nashawn was such an INCREDIBLE help! I had 4 days to find a place and Nashawn was on and off the phone with me multiple times for the whole day guiding me through the process of finding the right unit for me and filling out the application correctly. I had about a million questions and he answered every single one with patience and kindness. I have never experienced such great help and support from a leasing specialist. This support from Nashawn made me want to move there even more. I don't know what I would've done without him! Thank you Nashawn!

Leasing Specialist Nashawn Kearse went the extra mile in explaining the options for the units, showing me all the amenities of the property, allaying my concerns about the move-in process, and seeking out answers for those few questions I had that he didn’t have an answer for immediately.

If the stars align, I will be pursuing living at this property. While this is due to many factors, I want to let it be known that one of those factors is the professional, informative, friendly, empathetic, and helpful presentation of the property’s features by Nashawn.

Our first contact was with Christian. He was completely professional, personable, efficient and effective. He introduced us to a leasing specialist named Nashawn Kearse. He gave us a more than complete tour and introduction to New York City and living at The Commons. He allowed us the opportunity to ask questions and answered them to our full satisfaction. He was knowledgeable about the area, the units available and safety features of the area. We were sold on the building before the tour and Neahawn put the Gold Seal on our final conversation.

My last lease at another place fell through last second and the team has been nothing but incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding to me in my rushed search for a new apartment. I personally want to name and thank Frances S.for her prompt responses, quick turnaround times, and transparency with me throughout the application process, she kept me updated throughout the entire process from lease application to approval and move-in information which helped ease my stress. All in all, it only took 4 days from the viewing and application to approval and actual move-in, that's how fast the team worked! The entire time, Frances kept me in the loop with new information and check-list items I needed to do to prepare for a smooth move-in and I am highly appreciative of that. I highly recommend this place and its staff as they will make the application and move-in process very smooth!
