Commonpoint Queens Bay Terrace Pool and Athletic Complex reviews
10This is a place for your children to have a experience of a lifetime.the staff are incredible.
If you enjoy sitting on top of other people this is the pool for you. Almost impossible to move your chair once you sit down. Way too over crowded to enjoy. Try the Bay Terrace Country club. You'll think you died and gone to heaven. Maybe cost a little more but totally worth it.
Extremely happy with my son's first swim lesson with Yianni. Yianni is terrific. He made my son comfortable and confident and eager to go back for lesson 2. Thank you Yianni!
I called and spoke to Eileen H, about joining the pool for the summer. She called me immediately after I left a message and was so nice and patient. She explained everything to me about a family membership and private swim lessons for the kids. I had already heard great things, but this was proof positive.
People should respect the 30 minute lane time and stop sitting on the edge of the pool 15 minutes before their time. Very rude. And dont ask at last minute to share when i have waited all day for a lap lane.
You sit on top of each other.no parking for members at all. Spend hours looking for a spot and then there’s no place to sit with your family.
Bunch of activities for kids, wont feel uncomfortable here, just let it all hang out.lol j/k.snackbar is awesome, pedro (at the snack bar) and the fam are cool (the workers are as well). Well worth the money.
I was here for the carnival but unsure if the pool was open unless it’s for members only. I have learned 90 degree weather + bouncy houses with no shade = bad. The bouncy houses were sitting in the sun resulting in hot plastic. All but one of the bouncy houses required children to take off their shoes and on a hot day like today, most if not all, aren’t wearing socks. Their poor feet. Could have informed parents in an email to bring socks since shoes aren’t allowed in the bouncy houses, but I should have known better. Always pack a pair of socks as backup. The carnival was only an hour and by reservation, but you can do everything within 30 minutes depending on where the children like to linger longest. Long line for the cotton candy and popcorn stand. Barbecue was overpriced. Could easily walk through to Outback Steakhouse to grab food where you will be seated in your own booth with air conditioning. Overall, the kids had fun though. I would probably go again if there is nothing else left to do but not on a hot summer day.
This place is great! I've beening having softball practice here and it is great! They enforce their covid-19 rules, must wear a mask, great places. You can do lots of sports here. Softball/baseball, tennis, soccer, football, everything:)
