Sad to say that trying to obtain an answer from this agency took me hours only to have the "front desk" speak to me as if I was a bother, interrupting me in the middle of my question without a care in the world. Even after I took it upon myself to apologize for the bother her reply was simply "well, I'm telling you. " Having worked in customer service for over 20 years I would never dare treat others as if I hated my job! I am sadly disappointed and would never reach out to them again! I pray it was just a busy day!

My mom has been receiving home health aides from your office and I don’t know where to start. First of all, Jose has been absolutely incredible with his ability to listen and adjust my moms specific challenges/needs to get us the right support team in place. As far as the aide we have now, I can’t begin to express the level of professionalism and they support and help foster my mothers dignity in a time that has been very difficult for her to adjust. They treat my mom as if she was their own mother! I can’t ask for anything better than the peace of mind your company provides. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My experience with Community Care Home Health Services has exceeded all expectations, and I sincerely mean this! I have been in contact with Brett Gatien, and he is so compassionate, caring, patient, kind, and understanding. His breadth and depth of knowledge about CDPAP, OPWD, and Self-Direction is amazing. When he does not know something, he researches it and finds someone who is knowledgeable in that area to assist. This Agency is the best with Education and Outreach and can help other families, like ours, who have felt lost in the "System. " I truly look forward to working with Community Care Home Health Services.

I let Phylicia know right from the get go that “I’d be needing A LOT of hand holding and help navigating this part of my Mom’s Medicaid journey. ” I told her that I’d be stopping in and calling her repeatedly and she just smiled and said “that’s fine, whatever you need. ” I wasn’t lying and thankfully neither was she! Phylicia has been so helpful and patient with me, all i’s dotted, all t’s crossed! Thank you to Phylicia and Community Care for making a difficult and frustrating experience, the EXACT opposite!

The staff of Community Care HHS has been amazing. They helped dispel a lot of the mis-information regarding CDPAP services and eligibility for our child. In a field that has a lot of information, they were able to help cut through to what we need to know and allow us to focus on what we need to do to get the appropriate services.

He is a good human being, he helps a lot with everything you need about the agency. He is always willing to answer any question!
