Community Tire Center, Buffalo NY

Travelling from Canada and blew a tire on I190. Contacted Corey here because his shop was so close to my blow out location. Got towed in- he had to order a special tire -, wrong one was sent from warehouse, do a reorder which came late in day, but still got us back on the road to continue our trip by days end. What customer service should be like.

Can't say enough about how these guys helped me out of a jam. Every other place we called tried to give us a run around, charging us for so much more than we needed. Community Tire took us right away, immediately fixed the problem and cost WAY LESS than we expected. We were in and out in less than an hour. Great guys, nice owner, friendly and polite, can't beat the price. Excellent neighborhood business, i'll never go anywhere else again.

I Called first thing in the morning to explain what was my reason for needing service, I was told to come in, I got there, went inside and explained my entire story to only find out it was the exact person I told on the phone prior to arriving ; so I reexplained everything for no reason. I was then asked to pull my truck over the side and “park straight” and that he’d be over in 15 mins, I waited for over a half hour and no one still came over to help me. I then seen the workers walking to their cars to head home and yet I still sat there and waited. At this point with waiting a half hour with no attention I decided to pull away. No one cared; no one called me. I’ve been to this place many times with past vehicles I WOULD NEVER RETURN. Very unprofessional and ignorant.

This is the only place I can tell people I "have a guy for". I don't know anything about cars and the guys in there treat me just the same as somebody who runs their own garage. Honest, family business, this is the only place I'll ever go for tires.
