5Very pleasant and professional care from Greg Hyacinthe and Rich Besten.
I purchased a new Car (Jetta) here on Friday 7/28/2023. My salesman was John Glasgow, He was very knowable and helpful, I liked that he let me know what options I had but did not pressure me relentlessly like most experiences I have had in the past with other dealerships.the finance manager Rich Besten was also a gentleman and very helpful. They have a nice selection of cars available compared to many dealerships I've been to in the last 3 months, they also don't play games with the MSRP like some dealers I have researched down here in long island, N. Y
Felt the hour and a half wait was a bit much for pictures of a problem to be sent to volkswagen and no answers. But the staff was very nice.
Just had another fast, easy, and pleasant experience bringing my car here. Pricing is on the lower side for dealership work that holds strong. Great dudes at the desk too!
I was in for service, not sales. Staff were attentive and the work took about the time I expected.
