I dont know about all these bad reviews, but I have been bringing my suv here for years and I never have had a issue with my vehicle. Alberto & Mike give FANTASTIC SERVICE. They r very polite and honest when comes to your vehicle. All the auto technicians are KNOWLEDGEABLE WORKERS!

Mike put in a compustar remote start and alarm since bluelink no longer services 2015-16 bluelink customers since verizon shutdown their 2g antennas now I can once again remote start my car from anywhere and also locate car through smartphone app.thanks again guys.

Spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Mike regarding wraps the good the bad and the indifferent. I found Mike to be not only knowledgeable, he was sincere and honest. He didn't sugar coat anything which is important in this industry. Thank you sir, I will be using you in the future when this comes up again in my day to day work.

I will never come here again, service was unacceptable. Came in for a simple rear diffuser install which took 5hrs and the work was horrible, part was not installed properly and it fell off the next day. I'd rather do it myself then bring it back to him, $140 wasted. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work he wanted to argue with me and called my part cheap lol. He's been doing this for 24 yrs as he claims but I had to tell him to use 3M tape to install the part lol. Do not bring your car here, this place is a rip off.

And then after I removed the poorly installed part, I noticed that his installers put tiny little screws in the part and my bumper in an attempt to secure it to the bumper. Did I ask you to put holes in my bumper?

You might pay $ a lil more than most shops. BUT IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT, CONCEPT 2000 IS YOUR SHOP! HANDS DOWN. LA

Love the work they do when I had my Cadillac Escalade. They made it unique. Now I drive a Subi and moved to Staten Island. Thought of Mike from Concept and man very happy with the work they did at a fair price! Is it worth the trip? You bet! Thanks Mike.

Got my car radio fixed here never again they ran wrong wires throughout my car which cause fuses to be blown out and ready electrical issues now I have more expenses on my hand to pay for I would not recommend sadly

Mike scams people. He is a fraud, he takes money from people and doesn’t complete the job. I would advise people to save their time and money and not bother going to this company.

The responses to poor reviews made me not take my car here. Especially the one with the Camaro. Poor dude.

This place is like a Toy's R Us for grownups. I bought Asanti Rims a few years back from Mike & Alberto. Made my car stand out something serious. My wife recently damaged one of my Rims, so I called Asanti for a replacement, and was told that they were discontinued. I called Mike and he made it possible to get a replacement because Concept 2000 has connections. And their celebrity clients are always in and out. Had the opportunity to meet the one and only Grandmaster Flash one visit. Even though I moved out of State since, I still come home just to get reliable service that I trust. Thanks.

Wasn't really able to assist me with upgrading audio system but he was honest and straight forward.

Dude that runs this place is a joke. A rip off, talks u into things he tells u that you need. Lol just read this dude replies to customers it tells u everything.

Went in for an alarm and remote start. They took my car in right away which i was very grateful for. Owner said to come back at 6 pm. I came car wasnt done because of a resistor they needed. I was completely understanding of it. I got there at 5: 30 pm to wait and while waiting I saw his technician and another worker (bald guy) leaning on top of my car that i just had compounded, and the tech working on my car then began to lean on my brand new wickerbill spoiler that i just put on with all his weight. It has rivnuts that secure it and can get pulled out. I brought this up to the owner and he proceeded to tell me i was lying and that his tech would never do that, meanwhile i saw him with my own eyes. I said forget it to just let him know not to do it when i bring my car back. The guy said to call next day. I called they didnt have it still. Friday I call and he says to come saturday. I call saturday and he then tells me he never told me that and tells me to come tuesday. Canceled my appointment with a performance shop because of this. I call tuesday morning says to come. I bring my car and he then tells me he doesnt know why im there that he said wednesday. Proceeds to show me his notebook with appointments where i could clearly see he changed his mind again before i got there because he scratched my car in over another car and i could clearly tell. Ended up taking in my car anyway to finish the job and i am grateful for that. The alarm and remote start work great but professionalism was not there at all. Customers from what I experienced mean nothing. After picking up my car at 5: 30 pm it was parked in a bush which added swirl marks on the passenger side. I said nothing because it seems like he wouldve thought i was lying once again. I will post a picture of my car parked in a bush. Parking was available all over the place and it honestly looks like his tech did it on purpose because i complained about him leaning all over my car. He just lost 3 more customers who needed remote start and I who was going to buy a sound system from him.

Mike was extremely helpful with getting what I wanted for 370Z, my family has been doing business with concept for a very long time and always happy to do so, the mechanic who worked on my car, Shawn is very good guy, does excellent work, and I would be happy to come back when I want something else done to my car. Actually I would be back soon ha ha. But definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants good custom work done to there car. 5 star well deserved.
