The best time to visit this theater is during the weekdays in the early afternoon. The tickets will be a little cheaper at that time. They have plenty of snack options at the usual movie theater price. The seats are comfortable and I say its always clean.

I love this movie Theater I’ve been coming here my whole life I was wondering do we need a Covid vacation bc when I came we didn’t I just wanna know did anything change

We celebrated new year Eve at the theater with my family and we had a great experience we watched spider man no way home it was a great movie we had a great time the theater had a glow up it looks very nice and comfy clean

My experience was fine it was late so they didn't have a few plates at the concession stand. The seats are comfortable however I feel like the screen lacked quality and clarity, some of the dark scenes were difficult to see I theater 3.

The theater it's location has very good potential but it's a theater none the less in the ghetto thus it's patrons seemingly are not to attentive at conducting themselves appropriatly as a result the movie experience not good the movies inside the theater set way to loud and audience members talk throughout movies making it very distracting definatly more so on Tue when it's reduced fee and young teens are more likely to be attending movies. Staff assistance to mitigate things you have to search for them and even then seem disinterested in hearing ones complaint or request to adjust intervene with one's issue ultimately I requested a refund and they opted instead to give me free tickets which was a nice gesture but Honestly not a place I would go back to especially if there's a screening for a super cool movie one was anticipating or making an outing as a special gift or event for someone you love.

It’s very convenient to attend this theater in the bronx 10451 area instead of traveling it’s within walking distance. The theater was partially clean, I had a 5: 15pm movie start time and the women’s bathroom needed to be cleaned! The customer service gave this review a 3 because the greeter who checks the vaccine cards and the ticket taker were the only people to say hello and was prepared to work. The concessions stand workers, the two girls were not in the mood for customers. They were chatting about other employees in the back. They did not have any food ready and once they took your order they were so dismissive so they can start gossiping again. So on top of it being a Saturday evening they did not greet anyone, they didn’t have any food ready and they were only concerned with their conversation! Now the families in that line all know the theater is not giving enough hours to staff, some employees have no idea what they are doing, oh and the kicker the convo was explicit in front of kids using profanity to gossip about others! Whelp you just have to make the best of what the bronx has to offer!

It was good I sneaked into see another movie saw aqua man and Spiderman into the Spider verse I'm happy this was years back it was fun I like the seats

Had the entire theater to ourselves which was dope.

NO service in this theater so hopefully no emergencies happen while there.

People where talking all through the movie & I couldn't hear anything about the movie. The entrance priceit'sso highly! & when we left the premises we had to v exit by the h e garage & parking area, very disappointed because I didn't know how to exit it also a very lonely area anyone cam get robbed or mugged. Never again I wouldn't visit this place.

Bought tickets for 12: 15 PM show to watch Venom 2 but they told us the theater wouldn’t open till 2 PM. Lol the place was disgusting nevertheless.

The theater is wonderful and the seat are great but the food prices are outrageous. My friend paid 5 bucks for a bottle of water and it was hot! It's was an issue to get a cup of ice from the cashier. Ughhh.

The girls scanner wasn't working at first so we had to wait on line even though we pre ordered our tickets.

They didn't have the food I ordered, but didn't tell me till AFTER I payed for it.
One row of lights in the theater (#3) never went off. We had to watch the movie with the lights on.
It was a really bad all around experience

Was in the area and decided to catch an early movie. Awesome price. The venue is modern and cozy. There is even an arcade.

I'm glad they are back. I go when it's early and I have the theater to myself. The staff are nice and friendly or at least the times have I have went. Just stay safe and enjoy.

Everything besides the movie itself was awful. There was one lady working the concession stand and she wasn't too friendly, which was understandable. The movie also started 20 minutes after what it said on the ticket, and the lights turned on and stayed on for the last 20 minutes of the movie. This was at movie #10.

I was running late for my 10: 15pm movie. They closed at 11: 00pm. The doors was closed, they was not going to let us in, but I got the security guards attention and told him I had my tickets on my phone app, so he open the door and scanned my tickets. I was so glad he let me in I only missed 5 mins of the movie.when we got in the theater it was empty only seven people in the whole theater on a late night. Which was a good thing. But if you don't make it to the movie before movie Time you're not going to be able to get food, because they close down the food stand at 10: 00pm. Other than that this movie theater is a very good place, better than back in the days. ️
