Concourse Rehab & Nursing Center reviews
12This place is really amazing, they’re always clean and helpful. They take good care of the patients and whenever you need support they’re there to give it.
Very Good customer service. Made it very easy to come visit the patient. Very clean and neat place
The receptionist on duty during my visit was nice and welcoming with good attitude towards visitor
Staff is Very unorganized, they lack ethical standards & service, they barely speak or understand english or any other language, they don’t concern themselves with trainings needed to care for patients, the supervisors don’t enforce policies on staff and are very short staffed. They have cna’s doing the nurses job without proper instruction. The cleaning crew serves the food.
Well I will say that all the times that I was admitted to concourse rehab and nursing home my experience was pleasant. The director, the nurses as well as the CNA'S were all respectful and pleasant. Even the physical therapy team put my best interest forward. My last stay was approximately 7 months and I won't complain. The physility was clean and all of my personal needs were met. I personally would recommend this physility.
The place has changed so much. They have fixed the place up so nicely. The staff are wonderful at least to my parents that I know of. I am happy that the new changes where made.
The spanish girl at the front desk with the long fingernails and long lashes was EXTREMELY rude. I went in and told her my concern, she was not sympathetic or apologetic. She dismissed me rudely and seemed like she did not care about my issues. This place is full of people who seem to not care for the wellness of patients. My loved one told me about a few nurses who are nasty and yell at them. Also my loved one is in constant pain and they don’t do much about it. It’s ridiculous that I have to bring my loved one food and water because they serve unpleasant meals. Also when you come visit there is a bunch of patients in wheel chairs outside their rooms blocking the hallways. The social workers there are also lazy and careless. There is no reason why I have to constantly be on top of things from food to water, bedside care, doctor appointments etc…thats all their job. So I minus will have my loved one at home since Im basically tending to all their needs and giving them full time care having to call out of work and always go on my days off to do what all the staff there is already getting paid for. Absolutely ridiculous
It was amazing great staff who helps you with great intentions… very clean respectful staff
My first time visiting, staff and receptionist all were courteous and helpful. Facility was bright, welcoming and well maintained.
Beware of this place, besides that it is dirty and they don't take care of the patients they are medicating the patients without doctor's or family authorization to keep them asleep all they so they don't have to deal or care for them. If you care for your family member DO NOT admit them here. It is disgusting what they are doing, we noticed my grand father wasn't being himself and when we started asking one of the care givers "nurse" admitted that he was being medicated. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Very clean and the provide excellent services to the residents. The doctors and nurses are awesome.
The owners are very generous to the residents and staff. They offer sign-on bonuses and throw parties for the staff and residents almost every week. The facility has been completely renovated 3 x since I have known it. They are very devout in their religious belief and their mission to serve others.
