While this is very close to the beach and right at Maimonides Park I have to question the parking fees. My experience is such that even when there was no event I was being charged the event fee. Not sure about the fees but that does affect my review.

Good day at the ballpark and have fun at the games with a lot of parking and it's just costs for some 20 and up

Excellent location, super spacious and very good price. During the week $13 with no time limit and $20 on weekends. It also has an exit with a ramp for people with limited mobility to the pier and the maritime dock.
