Congress Park reviews
21We enjoyed learning about the water springs and carousel history, and walking around. The historic museum is in the old Casino building and we're going back without the dog to see it. Parts of the paths were very wet so consider what shoes to wear.
Anyone visiting Saratoga Springs must stop by Congress Park. The carousel. The springs. Statues. Museum. Weekend flea market. The ducks. OMG. There's so much to do and see. Get to Saratoga and walk the park.
This was a great park. Nice clean. Good grass. Good walking area and it even had a arts festival going on. Good location being right off of the main street. For a park it was really good and worth the walk around.
Beautiful and an easily traversed park. Adorable and friendly ducks. Well manicured and clean. A nice way to pass an hour or two
Gorgeous park with free flowing spring water right in the middle of Saratoga. Great to visit, regardless of whether you're tourist or a resident.
Great walk in the park. The springs that were set up weren't the same as before. Went at night. Ducks were laying down for the night. Great for kids to learn about the different springs that were found or a romantic stroll.
Beautiful park just off Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs with the casino. Excellent space for a walk or a rest from walking downtown. Nice for wedding photos. Great place for summer Shakespeare in the Park
Nice trails, clean, public bathrooms available. There was plenty of places to sit in the shade under trees. Of course there were multiple ponds with fountains as well as natural spring water to drink or fill your water bottle
Beautiful park with wonderful fountains containing different water "cures" as well as the Historical Museum. Special treat.
Literally.don't feed the ducks they will attack you haha! I learned from the past. Always a beautiful place for a picnic
Nice park to enjoy on a summer day in the city of Saratoga Springs. There are fountains, ponds, monuments, historic features and lots of landscaping to enjoy. There are no playgrounds so more of an adult park but plenty of space to run around.
Duckies, Carousel and Water Spouts! Oh My! Beautiful anytime but especially for the dog walking show. But Deer Park Spring tasted like a parked deer: - (Drink Columbia's Finest instead
Pretty. But.needs a little tlc with plantings inside the garden and some attention to the condition of the ponds, canals and fountains.
Great place to take a walk.beautiful gardens, water fountains and I especially like the veterans' memorial area. Definitely I must see when you go to Saratoga
This is a beautiful park with a little pond and stream and ducks everywhere. Just be careful, they will steal your food right out of your hand.
I have a tradition of getting an oboy and slice of pizza at Esperanto then walking to the park and sitting on the grass to eat. That's how I found out about the duck thieves.
Clean park in historic city. Grandkids like walking with the ducks and riding the carousel. (The carousel has not opened for 2021).
First time visiting Saratoga and visited Congress Park. Absolutely beautiful and filled with so much beautiful scenery. Definitely one of my highlights from visiting. Very spacious and colorful.
Congress Park is one of my favorite places to visit in Saratoga. The duck pond is a great place to relax and there is so much life here. This is also one of my go to destinations for pokemon go as there are many pokemon gyms and stops here. The crosswalk pictured is also one of the many reasons I love this park and Saratoga.
This place hasn't changed much since I lived there as a teen. The history museum in the old casino (beautiful) has been wonderfully restored.
