Veterans Outreach Center partnered with Conifer, which I warned against. Trash facilities are identical to pics in other reviews here, equally dysfunctional. Seems Conifer was bought in 2016 to be milked as a cash cow. Glad to see competition turning up the heat.

"manager" Michelle is a very unfriendly person. She treats everyone as if they are below her. She has no respect for residents, foreign Maintenace workers, etc etc. She is not a good person at all and is the reason that many Conifer properties are going downhill so rapidly.

Been calling them and emailing for weeks no response. We don't have a community manager till Feb and all my paperwork is messed up. They said my rent went up 600 dollars and I get ssi. Due to the cost of living. They don't go by your income it's a lie. People in 3 bedroom with jobs pay less then I do in 2 bedroom? Make it make Sense? Horrible They put families through this w no explanation. Greed

Sad, been here since 2010, started out as a nice place to live, had awesome management and great maintenance man now new manager doesn't do anything and tenants are doing their own repairs and keeping sidewalks cleared of snow and ice.

Jessica is simply amazing. Somehow, she manages to do the work of 10 people, as a one woman show. She has always shown extreme professionalism and expertise in all facets of her position and specifically in coordination for events put in by the company. Wow! Just wow! Don’t let her go, Conifer!

On 2 of the Floors @ Hamilton Apartments
And you wonder why there is a pest issue.
Complaints go unanswered so what do I do next.

No service to Tennant's, no heat even when they already have been advised of the regulations, at this time we have 51 degree and no heat, but they already let us know that the rent is going up on May 1st

Sonya Stepney is awful! She is the community manager for Liberty Landing. She lack/has poor communication/don't return phone calls, she is only at work 2x a week, and she have a nasty attitude. I was first in line for a 2 bedroom but this lady rented it to some one else and wasted a huge chunk of my time because this lady did not inform me she only worked 2 days out of the week until the last minute and she did not return phone calls when she was at work And did I mention she was out 1 day out of the week and didn't email me an application the day she was at work but sent it the day after. A note to this company.be careful who you hire to work with veterans and the public.

I moved in Cobblestone Place at Webster on May 1,2021 and I am very happy here in my new home. Jamie could not have been nicer or more helpful and Boris had this apartment clean and ready, as promised. There is a nice feeling the minute you walk into this building; a calmness. Because of Covid and my five year old grandson coming to visit, I recleaned in my place, but I did not need to as it was ready for me!
Thank you Jamie and Boris! Nice job!

When I moved in some years ago, this was a nice clean, quiet place to live. Now its dirty, with food and garbage left for weeks in the hallways. They let dogs in the apartment so its starting to smell like a dog because the stairs are carpeted. Feces on the stairs, homeless people sleeping on the stairs. Noisy neighbors. Management never answers the phone. You leave a message and no one calls you back.

Fight village apartment own by conifer. Y'all need to do better with people that don't leave there hanging drinking smoking making a mess.while the people that do leave there don't got no say. Fight village needs better management.

Harris Park Apts was once a lovely and charming community. With newsletters, contests for best gardens, warm neighbors and a sense of community.
Since ownership changed hands not only the physical appearance but the very nature of Harris Park has suffered. No longer a cheery lovely environment.

I'd really like to give then a higher rating but everything is coming down due to lack of rule enforcement, the money money hungry bs and much more.
