Bought a car through this business, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Had a slight issue after purchasing the car but they fixed it with not hesitation at no charge. They kept in constant communication the the entire time. I would very much recommend!

I am 100 percent disappointed with my purchase. The customer service is horrible the young dealer Austin just pushed the sale and sold me a car that was broken in 10 different ways not too mention I showed my interest in the car on a Monday paid 6000 cash and they made me wait til Friday to pick it up told me to be there by 5 and then made me wait til 7 to finalize the sale I asked to test drive it before I paid and he said hebwas in a hurry so declined me that option and now my car has been back in for repairs 5 times and they aren't fixing everything. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone over priced and they sell lemons

I initially intended to purchase a 4 wheeler from another dealer. But when I met Mario, I was convinced Conklin Cycle was the place to make my purchase. He politely answered all my questions, patiently assisted with helmets to insure a proper fit, gave me a fair price, and delivery was prompt. The used cars look nice too. They very clean and fair prices. I would highly recommend stopping by Conklin Cycle Center if you are looking for such vehicles.

I purchased a vehicle about 2 weeks ago. They were great! Austin helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service. The brakes were bad when i took it home but Garrison is great. Set up a time to get them replaced for me. I was nervous about the bad reviews but i honestly had a great experience. I will definitely be doing business there again.

If there was an option for 0 stars that's what I would choose. All I needed was a simple spark plug, called multiple times to see if they had it but no one answered the phone. I went down there since it was about 10 mins away. When I got there, not 1 customer was in the place and someone was in the office. I was standing there and walked around looking at stuff in the showroom for about 10-15 mins without anyone asking if I'm looking for something or need help. I called MXM in Susquehanna while standing in the showroom and found out they had what I needed in stock. So I left and went there. I will never be going to this place again, what a joke.

If I could give this car dealership a negative star review I would but unfortunately had to give them one to post my review. I bought a car with a bad catalytic converter. Addressed my problem one week after purchase and was told to run super in the car shut off the check engine light and see if the problem goes away when had it checked and auto zone said it was a bad catalytic converter. Texted the guy to tell him cause I paid over 8,000 dollars for the vehicle. He pushed me away time after time till the warranty ran out so he didn’t have to pay for the problem. I payed out of pocket over 1000 dollars and the repair shop found a cheater on the 02 sensor that was put on the car to pass the New York State emissions which is illegal. All I have to say is run far from this place as you can! Doesn’t honor warranties and nothing is in writing. 90 day 4500 mile warranty. Nope you buy a car as is from here!

If i could do 0 stars i would.so we bought a van a year ago 2012 for 6000.00.we gave him 3000.00 down and should have financed 3000.00 plus interest.he ended up pocketing the 3000.00 and financed 6000.00 plus interest.it has been 1 year and still owe over 6000.00.our total loan ended up being roughly 10,000.00 plus the 3000.00 down making us a total of 13000.00 went to trade it in elsewhere and they did the carfax to tell us it has 3 major accidents and they could only do 1500.00 because of carfax. Will never recommend this place he is a total screwover and complete joke.
