12This office is a disaster. The receptionists are unintelligent, the doctors cancel appointments regularly, the billing situation is a mess, and worst of all they don’t act in good faith. After asking the receptionists to confirm that my appointments were with a dentist that was in network with my insurance, they scheduled my wife and I for check ups and cleanings. We arrived and went through the appointments, spoke to a dentist for about 90 seconds and then received bills for over $700 due to insurance not being accepted. Spent 6 months arguing with receptionists and personnel who basically told me too bad you’re on the hook. I pay $500 a month for good dental insurance and still got stuck with a bill. I obviously never would have gone if they didn’t lie to me and state that they were in network. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 20 minutes to a competent office.
The one doctor, my family sees pretty nice. However it's frustrating. To make calls, it's a pain to get representative, to answer phone. Waited 20 minutes on hold. Then I got on list to not loose my place in line but let the office call me back. When they did. I wanted five minutes and no one picked up. So I hung up. I'd say poor front best help
The Pa's and Np's are extremely professional and nice caring and listen to their paitents there level of care is extremely high.ive also never had a problem with customer service.wait times can be slightly high as they are a small office but they try hard.im very satisfied with my experience.
Avoid this place if you can.it's unfortunate that it's the only local doctors office around pulaski.everytime i call, the receptionist no matter who is extremely condescending, rude and rushes through your questions and talks over you.not to mention the fact that they clearly have no concern about HIPAA laws, openly gossiping about patients in the lobby on multiple occasions when i was on my way down to the dental office.they're hardly accommodating, i cant imagine how their elderly patients are treated if they treat me like this and im only in my 20s.i love the dental office though, the girls there are sweet and a total opposite of their upstairs neighbors.
Still Waiting to hear from somebody about the rush scan they sent me for. The provider said to me” go for the scan you will hear from me later today, I’ll call a RX in for you too” I called half hour before closing to hear they hadn’t read it yet and no RX at the pharmacy. The next morning still no call. I called again to be left on hold no one picked up. I was told They’ll call me back. I’m not holding my breath… just my medical issue.
If I could give 0 stars I would.called to get results on my blood work and my call got forwarded to 3 other people. Then they put me on hold and after 3 minutes they hung up on me. When I called back it said they couldn’t take my call right now.pathetic. All I wanted was a straight answer from my blood work. Nobody can do there jobs anymore? Hate this place!
Will be switching over my doctor and dental as soon as I am back home.terrible place to go to, i have been talked down on by multiple people here, mainly the front desk people & the billing department just yesterday, this is a very unprofessional establishment and I hope they can find good people to work here in the future. I have had many unpleasant encounters with this place. They will leave you on hold for no reason whether they are busy or not, i went for a quick shot one day waited over an hour they forgot about me until I walked out of the room and said I needed to leave to get somewhere, they have scheduled me appointments and I get the cards and reminders to my phone and then when arriving tell me I didn’t make an appointment. Don’t waste your time with this place
After 5 mins on hold in position #1, I asked for the cost of initial exams and x-rays. Receptionist said she don't know, because the cost of x-rays is controlled by "the lab".
I said, no problem. Please connect me to the Billing Dept, because they know exactly how much it costs, because they handle that question every single day. But instead of transferring me to the Billing Dept, she said nothing and hung up on me.
Now THAT is what I call "Service by the Absurd! "
I love my provider there.
Now getting ahold of her or her nurse is a different story. I have been on hold for up to an hour. I really don’t have to deal with this any.
Tricia Peter Clark denied me care with dr thibault, lived here 62 years, my parents and in-laws donated to build medical center before she was alive, now some little kid is destroying it, and I’m not done, I’ve called to make appt to talk to her, always in meeting, or on vacation, does not care about locals, SHOULD BE FIRED, at this age I’m my life need pcp and prescriptions, and she’s denied that for no reason, this is a low income based health care facility, and low income employees, made complaint with New York state health department hope to get rid of this tpclark, If you doubt their abilities, promises to you your rude
Called to see about becoming a new patient but the girl on the phone was pretty combative and wouldn't answer my simple questions.
I AM A NEW PATIENT OF DR ROTELLA IN CENTRAL SQUARE. I AM VERY IMPRESSED BY HIM AND HAVE BEEN TREATED WELL BY HIS STAFF.
