Hilton, you can do better. This is one of the premier Hilton brand hotels in New York City, and while it is very nice, it's a bit lacking.

Let me start by stating how much we appreciated the recognition of the occasion for the stay. It was my wife's birthday and the hotel delivered a special gift right to our suite. Well done. Overall the staff was nice and the room was very clean. Location is also good, near Times Square.

However, some things to improve: slippers were missing from the room, but were later delivered upon request. No turn down service, in a five star hotel. The suite also seemed a bit bland in decor.

As Hilton Diamond, was given a meaningless upgrade to a corner suite in 30th floor (we had already booked a suite) ; the breakfast is very expensive and the spread is unimpressive albeit delicious.

After having stayed at several Conrad's in the world this one was a bit of a let down, especially for the price. Still decent, and I would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in NY. Everything from location, service and quality was pristine. Every time I visit NY i will be staying here

Mixed feelings. The rooms in this Conrad are mediocre compared other Conrad hotels. Nevertheless, one can accept it for the location, because the hotel is situated very well in Midtown. In our view, the service of the staff is just bad. People at the reception are on average very rude. The staff of the restaurant are generally not suitable to have a job in hospitality, especially at breakfast. Quality of the food is poor, especially at breakfast. Whilst prices are steep for what you get. As a diamond member we have better experiences with other Hilton properties.

Very very good stay. The location was perfect between Central Park and Times Square. The doorman was very nice as well as Andres and the rest of the breakfast team. The front desk was professional and helpful

Not sure what to say about this stay. The hotel itself is located very good, has spacious rooms and I received an nice upgrade, which I highly appreciate! However, it is also extremely worn down and the quality isn’t really that good… def.not worth the price tag & I won’t come back. Especially the breakfast is extremely overpriced, two pancakes and juices will cost you 100$+. The staff isn’t really that nice either.

We went on our baby moon in nov 2024 and had a dirty bathroom. We complained immediately but it wasnt addressed properly. Mr. Song the manager there was helpful in trying to remedy the situation and to at least show that he cared.bear in mind my wife was pregnant nearly 9 months then. We decided to give them another try and booked again through amex fine hotels and resorts. We even advised mr.song that we would be coming back again and hopefully this time it would be great. He replied and was very gracious by upgraded our room. We came and checked in and went back out until late not even looking around since when we came into the room there was a cleaning lady there which was suprising at the time but we felt at ease when she said she was finishing up and then left. We didnt bother to look around thoroughly. We came back that night and went to sleep without using the shower.the next morning when we were going to use the shower my wife found it dirty, full of hair, razor covers etc and other things. We immediately took a video and sent it to mr.song. We then called housekeeping to come clean right away.ironic when we complained to amex fine hotels and resorts and they asked for some compensation on our behalf an additional manager said they wouldnt as we didnt report it at the time but would give us some hilton points.pretty said response for a customer who gave you a second chance and when you are supposed to be held to a higher standard its now 2 years in a row with dirty nasty bathrooms.pretty shocked.

Having stayed at this hotel 20+ times when it was The London NYC, we were interested how the change to Conrad would match up. The rooms have had a slight update but are largely the same. For NY the rooms are a good size but there is a huge variation in room sizes within the same category. I would recommend asking for a floor level 42 or above, especially if you want a decent Park View room. The service has never been great at this hotel, when it was The London and still isn't as the Conrad. The breakfast is very average, so unless it's included, skip it. Dinner is actually reasonably tasty, but the pricing is egregious. A Chicken Alfredo pasta is not only small but $47. The restaurant is dead in the evenings and it is no wonder why.

Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and the rooms/housekeeping service was phenomenal. The location is great with two Subway stations within a block and plenty to walk to. I was upgraded to a one bedroom upon request. I used my Hilton F&B credit for drinks each night and they allowed you to take drinks back to room as well which was nice after a long day. I highly recommend Premier Deli next door for breakfast and dessert.

Not recommended. After 6 days for 1000 dollars a night, we left the night before and we lost an object on the sofa, we called the next day where the room was still ours and paid to notify and they started a very long procedure where they still haven't found the object and they don't know if they will find it. A terrible service for a hotel in that location and of that category. Very sorry about this. In all future trips to New York I know where not to go and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Was a little misunderstanding at first but Conrad, specifically the director of GR reached out to us and helped fix the problem asap. Was actually surprised they reached out considering it is NYC & probably really busy. They fixed everything in a timely manner and made sure we were taken care of! Personally want to thank the DGR, for her help and her kindness!

During the New Year holiday, I arrived at 6AM and they allowed me to check in early. Much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was very good.
The room condition, soundproofing, and location were all good, and the bedroom was spacious, which was great.
But the price is. Anyway, some people go there with great intentions and some don't, so I'll tell you what I can say about this.
The midtown location may have various pros and cons, but I would like to recommend it to those traveling to Manhattan with their families. It's also great for walking to various places such as Times Square and Five Guys. I recommend it if the price is right.

Location is great. Room was clean. City view was not what I expected I would have when booking. Service is completely lacking. Long wait for breakfast. No one helped carry luggage to the room. The room itself is large but it is definitely a no frills hotel and not what I expected a luxury hotel would be. Would definitely spend a little more to stay somewhere else next time and would not stay here again.

Cons: This is a 4 star hotel. Upon checking in, there was no door staff as you would expect in a five star, check in is long and even though we asked for early check in, we were not able to get it. Upon entering the room, the bathroom was not clean and hot water knob did not work. We had to ask three times for it to be cleaned until we were finally transferred to another king suite. At $750 a night I really expected better.

Pros: The king itself is spacious for New York, and the bellhop staff is very friendly. Location is also a plus. Tucked away close to shopping and Central Park.

Overall, based on value I would recommend the Ritz if you’re looking for a true 5 star hotel.

Our suite was in dire need of a refresh-
Chipped paint on all doors, baseboards knicked up at every corner and stained marble tile in bathroom. The lobby is so dated and doesn’t reflect any good design or vibe of NYC.
I couldn’t wait to check out and get to the FABULOUS WALL STREET HOTEL

This would have been an OK hotel if it was a 4-star. For a 5-star hotel and the price we paid for our rooms it was quite unacceptable. I had booked 2 suites. When we arrived they were not ready, which was expected since it was early. They said they would call us and never did. When we went back only one room was ready. The second one ended up not being available until 5: 30pm and they gave us a room right across from the elevator (annoying, especially after waiting that long) and on a different floor from the other one. The quality of both rooms was quite poor (silicone peeling off the countertop in the bathroom, floor flooding in front of the shower as another reviewer noted, wallpaper coming off the wall). The check in process took forever, they said they had computer issues. When we went back because we had issues with our keys, again their computer was slow and took forever. The staff also was also quite rude. Overall poor quality and service, definitely will not be staying here again.
