Conrad's Bike Shop, New York NY

It’s been surprisingly difficult to find a good bike shop in Manhattan. The folks at Conrad’s are absolutely top shelf. I brought my old beater into the shop after no work on it for years. Conrad’s got it riding like new at a price I could afford. As long as this place is managed like it is, this will be the only bike shop I go to in nyc.

Recently moved to the city, I had trouble finding a shop that really knows how to deal with campy parts in NYC. Well, I saw these stickers on their window and knew I was at the right shop. John and Yee are awesome, honest and reliable and now bike shifts like how its supposed to shift.

It’s very rare to find people with John’s level of integrity and experience. I highly recommend this bike shop!

Well, first of all I own a Pinarello, and when you enter a shop with many other Pinarellos, some hanging and many lined up on the floor in front of the counter after being fixed, you know already that you are at a right place. My bike which loved to sing ugly songs (a duet by pedals side and backwheels) whenever being ridden, suddenly stopped singing, and now I can ride with peace and quiet. And no need to change bottom bracket and new bolts for chain ring too because.no need to! Totally recommend this shop, with a friendly guy at the counter, and superb mechanics.

John and team were just the best. Friendly service and most professional; while visiting, they help me set my bike for the GFNYC. Highly recommended.

After having a flat tire riding to work, I found Conrad's to be conveniently located near Grand Central for my tire fix. John was very friendly and helpful, and the mechanic that fixed my flat was fast and efficient. Price was right too. I would recommend this shop to everyone, and I'm thrilled I found it.

Recently had my bike tuned-up by Conrad's. I'm highly satisfied with the results. They provided exceptional workmanship and I'm looking forward to having my bike tuned-up by Conrad's again in the future.

Quick friendly, service. Got a flat fixed during my daily commute. Tucked away in a nook, a hidden gem. Worth looking up. Photos of lots of famous people on the walls, do I guess the store might be well know.

Great service. This bike shop really knows their repairs. Come here for some quality work, or to kit out a custom bike. John really knows his stuff.

This bike shop is like Disney World for cycling fanatics. I stopped in to have a cassette lock ring tightened and didn't want to leave.

Competent, thorough, good attitude, and well versed in different aspects of the needs of a cyclist! I ride 6 miles to him rather then going to my local bike shop a mile away!

The Best Shop in the World! And I mean it. Been my 2nd home from august 2000. No other shop would make you feel that way! John, Yee, Phill and Victor, are truly great mechanics who are passionate about their work and their customers! I have bought many many high end road bikes as well as mountain bikes! Whatever your budget is you will be treated with much care and passion! You won't be disappointed!

Got there before closing time, I got a flat a few blocks away form there, I made the attempt to change the tube, but I missed up, I took it to the store, they pulled the tube and rearranged it, great job, they did not want to charge for it, so I provided a nice gratuity. I recommend this place.

Super fast service at a reasonable price, my bike feels great after a basic tune-up, will definitely be back
