Consulate General of Côte d'Ivoire, New York NY

I called 20 times on a Monday no answer. Left voicemails no call back. I don’t understand how they run their administration, but it’s a poor management, and zero customer service.

The receptionist was really helpful and took time to help and assist with what I needed.

I’m shocked and surprised by the negative comments I have been reading about the embassy here in New York.
This is my third visits so fare in that place;
The staffs have been amazing each time.
And every time I called someone pick up my phone calll. This is not about luck ; I did it more than once. And I witnessed some people there who showed up without anything information about their case and others with incomplete documents; but the staff helped them by doing more than what they were supposed to do.
And I specifically think MONSIEUR IRIÉ; who left his office and help his others coworkers.
A very kind man who love his job.

This is horrible. I have been calling the Washington and this locations know one picking the phone and I'm getting frustrated because I need my visa to travel soon. Does anyone know how to reach someone in the office?

Government website dow all week.could not get the iVisa because of it. IVC Impossible!

I just wanted to say that I'm pleased with the Consulate. The service is great. Even when I call and I don't get to speak to anyone, I always receive a call back. Which is amazing and my questions are always answered.
