Trying to contact somone thro call not response or way of communications what kind of embassy it is which isn’t proving visas what’s purpose of it

I have never been disappointed by the service and support of the UAE Consulate in New York. They always go above and beyond. I needed documents attested, a letter, and some information for a unique case. I was not disappointed. A special thank you to Ms. Dua, Mr. Anwar. Ms. Fey and of course H. E. Amna Binzaal

I contacted the UAE Embassy in New York to authenticate the letters, and they were very cooperative and quick to respond via phone, WhatsApp, and email. I especially thank Brother Hossam for clarifying the online authentication procedures, and sincere thanks and appreciation to Sister Doaa for her dedication to facilitating the procedures, approving them, and authenticating the letters in record time, despite the climatic conditions in New York. Which forced her to return home, but she insisted on completing the attestations and sending them to us before we traveled to the Emirates, as well as sending the original via express mail, and this indicates her love for her work and serving people, may God reward them well.
Many thanks to Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Embassy and those in charge of it in New York, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and those in charge of it for providing these services and their rapid response to requests from citizens outside the country.

Frankly speaking, the brothers and I did not fail in all matters of certifying medical reports.and they helped me with all services.may God reward them with the best reward, O Lord.

I had a lot of confusion and worry about some documents that needed to be attested, thankfully I called the UAE consulate and they were able to provide me the necessary information. Mohamed Khalafalla especially was helpful in his correspondence on email. I was very worried I would not get it in done in time but everything was sorted efficiently and quickly.

The employees of the United Arab Emirates Consulate in New York seek to innovate in services, including providing a notary service and reducing the time period for procedures to one working day with the American authorities for authentication, especially the birth certificate. They are also dedicated to serving the citizen during official working hours and at any time outside of work in person.
