Contemporary Dental Associates, Moriches NY

Everyone is so professional and kind. I don't mind going to the dentist.which is huge. Their work is excellent. I highly recommend Contemporary Dental.

Absolutely worst dental experience of my life. Dr. Hassan is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and uncaring. She should not be in a service industry. Jackie and Carla are the only two human beings there and a few others. I predict they will not be in business for too much longer the way they are operating. I will be filing a complaint against them. The first thing they do is request payment, and they deliver poor service. Dr. Hassan told me just yesterday that she has to protect the practice and how she was repairing a job for free, which was poorly done to begin with and fully paid for. She admitted to knowing the outcome of the job. That it would eventually break. Which it did, not even 6 months after. To add insult to injury, she became argumentative, even hostile, toward me in the presence of her coworker. I had to walk away from her.
I have never experienced anything like this in my life. When I went back today, she, Dr. Hassan was clearly still upset. I don't know why. If anyone should be upset, it should be me, the consumer. She didn't even offer an apology for her behavior the day prior. I walked out of there unsatisfied today. The job is still poorly done and uncomfortable, and somehow, it's my fault. She keeps telling me.
For the sake of her career, Dr. Hassan should learn people skills, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. Most of the staff there need professional training development and cultural diversity training.
For the few who shine, keep on shining.

The absolute worst medical experience possible. My wife and I have never met a facility, less caring, more apathetic, and less responsible than this practice. No return phone calls, emails, texts. Doctors constantly fluctuating and leaving the practice. Completely unprofessional and uncaring. I highly recommend everyone stay away from his practice.

They are always great here, if you are someone who is at all apprehensive about the dentist because of past experiences or simply just never went, they are just what you need. They are patient and they will walk you through what your best options are. Recommend 100%

Contemporary Dental Associates is absolutely fantastic. As a patient of Dr. Dean Delledonne for over 18 years, I’ve come to expect a high standard of care and professionalism. I’ve had fillings repaired, new crowns and dental implants all done by Dr. Dean and his work is second to none. I actually brag to friends and family that my dentist is the best! His right hand woman, Mary, has assisted him over the years and the two of them are really the “Dynamic Duo. ” The staff is friendly and always very helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

Office Staff is Awesome. Kim does a Great Job Holding it together. Hygienist (Teeth Cleanologist) Jackie is Fantastic. Dr. Hassan is Wonderful. Unfortunately I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a $1600 refund from Corporate and every time I ask to speak to the office Mgr. I’m told Brendon is out on Military Leave. God Bless him and Thank You for Your Service but Corporate Doesn’t Understand they Need a Manager at the Moriches Office in Brendon’s Absence. Thank. You Again to the Hard Work and Dedication of the Employees, Poo Poo on Corporate. “OP”.

I can't say enough positive things about this office, especially Jackie. She took her time, she was kind, and extremely understanding. She never once made me feel anything but comfort; which is hard for me since I'm petrified of the dentist!

I have a huge fear of the dentist but they're always very good and accommodate my requests. Nice staff.

Dr. DeLio was very nice and this is coming from someone who does not like going to dentists. All the staff was very kind and professional and put me at ease.

Excellent experience first time to CDA. I had a tooth decayed and instead of charging me to fix it the Dentist suggested I get it removed by an oral surgeon. Very honest and very clean and professional staff

They do NOT call you back and no one seems to be in the office. Have tried calling them multiple times durning normal business hours and they NEVER call back. There is always an issue with the bill because lack of properly billing the insurance company. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Would give negative stars if I could

I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff and dr. Made me feel less anxious. I will be going back for tooth extraction and more dental work
