Get towed here with starter issue today morning. I can't say anything negative, super friendly people, great mechanics, they found the issue, so save me money and shop is super clean. Keep up great job guys.
IN THE LAST MONTH I HAVE HAD THE TRUCK IN 3 TIMES FOR REPAIR OF THE FRONT WHEEL SEALS. THEY HAD CONTACTED ME WHEN THE TRUCK WAS IN THERE FOR A REPAIR ON SOMETHING ELSE AND STATED THAT THE FRONT WHEEL SEALS WERE LEAKING. AGREED TO HAVE THEM CHANGE THEM. OVER $400. GOT THE TRUCK BACK 1 DAY. OIL RESIDUE ON THE HUB. WASHED IT OFF, CAME RIGHT BACK. TOOK TRUCK BACK IN, THEY HAD STATED THAT IT WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AS THEY HAD NOT CHANGED THE THE RUBBERS ON THE CAP. PAID AGAIN. RECEIVED THE TRUCK 2 DAYS LATER. LEAKING AGAIN. TOOK TRUCK BACK IN, AGAIN NOT UNDER WARRANTY AS IT IS THE PLASTIC SEALS ON HUB CAP. ANOTHER $300. REALLY DOES ANY OF YOUR SO CALLED MECHANICS CHECK ANY PARTS BEFORE REINSTALLING. U HAVE TO PULL THE HUB CAP TO REMOVE THE HUB TO CHANGE THE SEALS?
ABSOLUTELY ABSURD.
Horible service. 5-7 days before truck pull in side Truck was sitting on parking for 5 days.will be in a shop in next 2- 3days. Have to pull truck out to get fix. Don't trust them anymore
