Today I went to get parts for my truck and was waited on upon arrival. Usually it's just like anyplace else and nobody even acknowledges you.

It has really changed. People behind the counter were decent but not anymore. Call ask for parts and get a I am to busy attitude. Get told will call you back and never hear a word. I will be getting my parts elsewhere
Now the guys in the Watertown store are absolutely awesome will help you out and find what you are looking for. So my advice would be to find someplace else in Utica ny. Don't get me wrong I like cook brothers just not the Utica store is run.
