Customer service is the best. Casey is so helpful and even numbered all the containers so we knew what sequence to put them in the pool. If you’re looking for a reputable team to service your pool, Cool Waters is the best.

The guy in there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everythimg pool related. If he doesn't have what you need in stock, he will get it and quickly. Prices are reasonable too.

Called to see pricing then offered me if I pre pay a 15 percent discount. I said do you have a Veterans discount the person who answered the phone said they would call me back with an answer when they called back they said we do veterans discount of 10 percent but we can’t do the other discount that we offered you already as well. So they offered me a discount then took it away and gave me a smaller one for being a veteran? Thanks but no thanks
