COOP City Pharmacy, Bronx NY

I stood in here for approximately 10 minutes waiting to do a transaction. They took three other customers that came in after. No one acknowledged that I was even there. It appears they only focus on customers they are familiar with. If I could given no starts I would. I will no longer think of supporting this business. Be sure you have all day when you enter this establishment.

I love coming to this pharmacy the staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to help customers very reliable they do your medications real quick and if they dont have something you can count on them getting it for you on the next day.

1st class customer service. Orders are processed and delivered quickly and always on time. Staffs are very friendly, nice and professional, very careful with their clients! Highest knowledge of the medication and the best treatment service plus healthy advices. All my questions are answered regarding insurance coverage or medicines. I’m very satisfied with you COOP CITY PHARMACY! Keep your excellent service.

Is it even legal the high prices they put. I never saw something like this in my life. A bisacodil costs $9. When other stores the max its $5-$6. Wow

Family oriented staff members.they make you feel comfortable to come to them about anything.convenient to the community due to the fact that they have a little of everything

Had a great experience at Co-op city pharmacy! As soon as i walked in staff greeted me and was very friendly throughout my whole experience. The pharmacist was great with recommendations and took the time to listen to my problems. Prescriptions were filled fast and whole process was easy.

Avoid this place. The focus is just making money - they don't really care about people they don't care who they hurt and I would avoid them.
I had a conversation with the pharmacist who is the owner and I was rather surprised about her response related to her focus on making money
She was talking about other drug stores and in bed how much they sell in terms of medication this is totally an ethical she's not supposed to be doing this I was really floored
There are other pharmacies to choose from. If you are able to access another pharmacy please do so
Ex Drug Box Stop and Shop or a pharmacy that your insurance company deals with that can send to you in the mail, I have never written a review like this but I really feel this is important to share with the public it's important to deal with businesses that are ethical and moral and this one is not there are other places you can go to and I would strongly urge that you do

They have always given great customers service and been able to answer any questions I have. My prescriptions have always been filled in a timely fashion.

I don't know the issue these people have with this pharmacy but as for me the employees are very nice the owner are cool it's clean and very organized and very family oriented.

A pharamacy that is known to take care of their patients. The pharmacist gives her all to better the care and provide her patients with expertise advice. It’s always a pleasure to know you have a pharamacy that truly cares about you.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this pharmacy. Staff was both knowledgeable and helpful in addition I received my prescription in appropriate timing. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Kind staff and quick service, very knowledgeable and always helpful when I had any questions or concerns. The pharmacist Biana is very attentive and friendly and always gives great advice. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

This is the 3rd morning in the last 2 weeks they are still not open at 10: 20am. The sign on the door says 10am they make supporting local business very difficult for working people. The pharmacy doesn't have any early morning hours and they are only open late one evening until 8pm. I'm not sure I can continue to support if I can't get my medication in a timely fashion.that's sad.

A pharmacy you can depend on. A warm, friendly smile from Biana who cares about her patients, gives knowledge and support. My go to Pharmacy for everything and the friendly faces and service.

Medicine is never ready when they claim it would be and aleasys passing the blame on each other or the customer. Always claim that they would deliver but days pass by and then I called again and they make excuses. This Pharmacy is only for small iver the counter items. Sad used to be really good.

This is the best pharmacy in the neighborhood. They are always kind, prompt and remember your name. They are so helpful and caring people. They are like family to all their patients. The Supervising pharmacist is always helping her patients. I saw the video on YouTube “THE HEART OF A COMMINUTY”. Every should watch it to see how patients talking about this pharmacy and how through the eyes of her patients a pharmacy can become the Heart of a Community.
