Definitely call to make sure they'll fill your script before you have one sent. I just had them refuse to fill a script they hadn't bothered to notify me or my doctor about for the 4 days they had the prescription.

My doctor prescribed an antidepressant and the incredibly thoughtful young woman at Corby Chemists called me to tell me what time they were closing. She saw what the prescription was for and didn't want me to be without it over the weekend. It's a special human being who cares like that.
