Corby's Collision Center, Canandaigua NY

Was referred to Corby's by a friend to have a side view mirror replaced. The estimate was for $75, they only charged me $20. The receptionist (Aimee) was very polite & professional as was the person who replaced my mirror. Excellent & speedy service. Would use & recommend again.

Literally phenomenal! Parts are difficult to get for everyone right now but Amy at Corby’s was so amazing and made my experience great! She updated me throughout the process and I really have zero complaints. I was rear ended and Corby’s was able to get me in before most body shops in the area! I hope I’m not in an accident again anytime soon but I will always use this location! Car looks brand new!

We are so pleased with our experience with Corby's! We were in an accident in February. It took a while for parts to come in; however, the communication while we waited was fantastic! Amy answered questions and let us know when parts were expected (and when they didn't come in as expected reached out to let us know that too!) and to set appointments accordingly. The car looks brand-new and they even cleaned the inside. 10/10 highly recommend Corby's Collision!

Dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday. They were very quick to respond with a quote and estimated time of competition. Very helpful answering questions as this is my first experience needing vehicle body repairs. If this speaks to the completed work, I'm looking forward to the end results

They've far exceeded my expectations and very professional. Amy communicated with me very well and let me know all the steps that were happening. Some one rear ended my vehicle and their insurance had me take it here. They had my vehicle completed a day ahead of schedule.

Highly recommend them for their customer service and quality of work. They repaired a headlight for us for under $100 when another collision company said it could only be done for $650. They can be trusted to provide only what is needed and do a great job.

We only take our car there if there has been an accident. Amy is awesome and will explain the whole aspect of the process.

After completing the repairs from a deer strike, I experienced issues that were not related to the collision. I contacted Corbys and asked if they would help me diagnose the problem. They had me bring my car back and went "above and beyond" to resolve the issue. I'm 75 and their help reminded me of the way business, used to, and should be, done!

They got the wrong address from AAA and I called them directly to correct. They then hung up on me and left me on the side of the road in rain and still collected on the call. I would never use or allow these clowns to touch my vehicle.
