I’m OBSESSED with this studio & love all the staff. I’ve attended over 100 different classes between all the different instructors over the past year. It’s my favorite Fall & Winter work outSometimes they even have guest instructors too. Each instructor brings a different vibe. No class is the same week to week even with the same instructor which is why I love the variety & full body work outs so it makes it easy & doable going 5-7x a week you’re never bored or doing the same thing. They offer an awesome 7 day deal for new members! Their schedule is morning & evening classes. The room is big so rarely get waitlisted. $upport local & pay ca$h if u can (they offer a complimentary class when doing so). Street parking is available. Pack your yoga mat, a yoga towel, a small sweat towel & water bottle - see ya in class
If you want to sweat, this is the place to go! Great environment! Great people! All the instructors are so warm and caring and make modifications based on your limit! Def recommend if your in the long beach area!
