Run, don’t walk!
A beautiful new Pilates studio in the heart of Millbrook village, Greer Stenberg has made my Pilates-loving heart so happy. As someone who is new to the “classical method” of Pilates, I was lucky and grateful to take a 1: 1 class with Greer, who explained everything clearly, made me feel safe, and encouraged me to push past my comfort zone with certain moves. I am so excited to sign up for the other classes (Yoga, Tightened/Toned/Lifted) - highly recommend this studio!
I have known Greer for over a decade and her teaching style is so motivating. She leads a safe yet challenging Pilates workout that pushes you to do exercises you didn't know your body was capable of. I love taking lessons with her because the results are inevitable. Hands down recommend!
