CoreLife Eatery, Greece NY

Staff was very nice but the restaurant overall was filthy. The floors, drink station and the staff serving area was dirty. Then I want you the bathroom and their was a garbage tote was sitting in the hallway with garbage debris in it. And the floor that lead to the bathroom was so dirty you could tell that no through cleaning is done. I don’t even want to mention how dirty the bathroom was. The restaurant needs a though cleaning.

I went today to get lunch, and I am extremely disappointed. The first thing that was said to me by an employee was "what do you want". I couldn't hear a word that the employee helping me was saying due to him mumbling and having what appeared to be two masks on. I wasn't sure how the ordering process worked, and only after asking what to do next multiple times did he finally explain the process all the way through. To be completely honest he made me feel like I was dumb, and the customer service throughout was terrible.

The salad I purchased was not worth what I paid for it by a long shot. $10 for a build your own salad with chicken. Half of the lettuce was wilted beyond what I was willing to eat, and the chicken was extremely dry.

To top everything off, their workstation looked very dirty, and the pin pad was way out of reach, behind the covid-19 plastic divider.

Overall not a good experience, and I will not be returning.

It’s good, what little you get. Portions are really meager, despite paying for a “large” bowl. And each order I’ve had delivered was missing something.

Great with the social distancing. The food is always fresh. I don't like the one that's closer to the east side. They didn't have the sauce to make it spicy and didn't tell me, they forgot to add my avacado they didn't have the beet lemonade juice. I was a bit disappointed. But all the other ones I went to were great. The tuna is nice and fresh!

This place want down hill all new people that have no clue what there doing unfortunately I will not be able to eat here anymore.

Love their food. The service is very good. Tried new smoothie with strawberry-banana and it is so good

I have to share how disappointed I was with this Core Life location. We walk in and everyone looks miserable. It was 7: 40, their day was almost over and it was obvious. The food containers, with all the different toppings, were so messy! It was gross! It looked like they hadn’t wiped it down all day. The only person that talked to is what the guy who starts the order. The other 2 girls were complaining about something. The register and all around it was dirty along with the plastic Covid partition. The area by the forks and spoons were dirty too. It looked like no one ever cleans. I was so surprised because our CoreLife in Lancaster, PA is amazing. From the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Also, my husband got a make your own bowl and he literally had 4 pieces of chicken. We didn’t realize it until we got back to our hotel to eat it. Whoever is managing or owns this place needs to get this restaurant back to what it should be. You should feel good walking into a CoreLife! Everything about it screams HEALTHY. Again, it was close to closing time but come on.
To me that’s inexcusable. Also, we were walking out and someone was trying to come in and the door was locked. I looked at my watch and it was 7: 51. I don’t know. I wouldn’t go back there when we come back to town.

There a bunch of great menu options, including vegetarian eating. The food was fresh and delicious and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Might just be my new favorite place to eat!

I remember clear as day when core life opened in Greece, they had their grand opening and the owners were behind the counter making salads and everything was great. Fast forward after years of inconsistent portion sizes today i come in for lunch. My wife and i got two salads and bowl to split. The cob salads were both made wrong missing ingredients. We also ordered a bbq ranch bowl. The first bowl was wrong and they were putting toppings of the guy next to me a order on it. I tried to stop them telling them that i ordered that bowl they were making for the guy next to me but said that it wasn’t mine then once we got to pay they tried giving me that bowl. I corrected them no big deal, they re made it. Girl asks me if i want all the garnish on it, i said everything but the cilantro she said ok and just put tortilla strips on it and nothing else. Sit down to eat and the new bbq chicken ranch bowl is made wrong some how avocado made its way in the bowl. As i sit here writing this i can smell a foul smell coming from the drink area.

Update: Our food was amazing today, thank you for getting it right and clearly labeling the items.

I hate having to leave bad reviews on food that would otherwise be good, but contacting them about my mis-made orders has resulted in numerous refunds and zero change of procedure to ensure that my order is made correctly the next time. So I have ordered food from here over 30 times and only half of the time has been made right and I always order the exact same thing: steak bacon either salad or wrap with NO NUTS, and then another of the same thing but with nuts. A few times the lettuce was wilted in salad or wrap, or the blue cheese in the little cup had gone bad, & one time (in the past month) our steak was completely raw. There is no quality control. Never once has the items I order been labeled differently and more than half the time there has been nuts in both. I don't know what it is going to take for them to actually label stuff or put the correct ingredients and fresh ingredients in every single order they send out every single time, and so I'm on here hoping someone in the company will read this and actually change the way they do things.

Seems like when I come here service gets worse every time. The ladies making my lunch today were talking and not even paying attention. Ordered a south west bowl. The two girls skipped immediately over the cheese and avocado. I asked them if I could get it. The girls added it on and continued talking. They then just started putting dressing on, did not ask me which one I wanted. (When initially ordering i asked them to put the dressing change in the slip but i was instructed to let them know when they put it on) I apologized and told them I wanted the carrot vinaigrette. They remade the salad but no longer addressed me. Got to check out and i paid. My food was left on the inside edge of the counter and the worker walked away. Had to reach around the barrier to retrieve my food. I’ve worked in this industry for many years and I’m thoroughly disappointed in my experience.

On 7/14/22 I went to Core Life to get a healthy supper to take out. When I arrived at 7: 30pm there were two parties in line ahead of me. The lady taking orders moved along quickly and I gave her my order. She prepared the bowl with the greens and moved my prep bowl down the line. The couple before me had ordered meals that included avocados and the guy preparing the bowls was having a difficult time with opening and removing the pit. Struggling with scooping the avocado out of its peal and making a mess out of it, he finally finished. The second proved to be even more of a challenge. When he finished both he added what I believe was salsa, spilling some on the counter. He looked around thinking no one saw him and scooped it up and put it back in the container. Next he went to the grill and started grilling what appeared to be chicken even there was already a staff member at the grill. A customer who was by the beverage counter called to him and he went and took the bowl she handed him and started adding ingredients into it. No one at this point had paid attention to my order. A tall gentleman came from the back, saw my order and added a few ingredients then went into the back again. A staff member who appeared to be the manger came out of the back with two other staff. The manager looked around, spoke to a couple staff members and then disappeared to the back. Now there were at least five or six staff with most of them just standing around talking. Over 20 minutes had gone by since I first ordered and my order had barely been given any attention, I simply walked out. I have been to Core life many times and never had such a negative experience and it will be awhile, if ever, till I go back to this location though it is close to my home.

The food was really good, the Bain could have been wiped and cleaner, also I witnessed an employee do an improper flip on product, they ran out of chickpeas then grabbed a new container to replace it and dumped the chickpeas in the old container. This causes more bacteria. Also the tables were dirty. So I'd say follow up with food safety and you'd get 5 stars. I'm not a professional reviewer I just love food

Fun place to have a really good lunch. The Korean BBQ bowl was really tasty I felt good about what I was eating. It had a nice variety without being too heavy or feeling like I had eaten too many carbs. Staff was really friendly and it was very clean and inviting. We ate inside but there were a bunch of tables out front that looked nice, especially since they were in the shade.

Used to come here a lot, unfortunately the speed of service has diminished, with the way they prepare things have really slowed it down. Yes they get busy, but they create the lines instead of working thru it. Sizes of salads have gotten smaller as well. Overall just felt like I was an inconvenience to the person taking my order, as I watched him carelessly make of mess of rice and what not all over the counter! Probably choose somewhere else from now on.

Just an update, been very sick all night, I believe die to the rubbery, undercooked chicken. Will not return

This was our first time at any corelife and will honestly be our last. Male employee was extremely pushy and rude because we didn't know the times were different for holiday (today) as they were not listed on maps or on the door. Male rushed checking us out so he could get home so he ended up over charging us.

Placed my order online and they chose to continue to make every single order that walked in the door first before even starting the online orders. When asked they said we’re behind your goin have to wait 10 minutes. 35 minutes past, their was 6 other people waiting for their online orders. Even when the line was gone they were in the back not helping the online orders. Craziest thing I ever saw.finally I went up and said can I wait in-line would that be faster? The girl rolls her eyes and says I’ll make it now. Took them 2 minutes. They need to have manger who will help online orders get done THE SAME time as walk ins.

Great food and there's a ton of flavor profiles to choose from OR you can shake it up and make your own!

Wraps Not Identified
Ordered a variety of 10 wraps on line. The wraps were labeled by number 1 to 10 instead of the name of the wrap. This made it impossible to identify each of the wraps without opening and guessing what each wrap contained.
This consumed a lot of time. Also it was impossible to identify the sauces and match up with the corresponding wraps.

Service a little slow for pick-up, but the food is good, had the Greek wrap. Love the design of the decor and seating. Staff seems to be friendly.
