Dr Serer is very knowledgeable and really helped diagnose and maintain remission of my ulcerative colitis. She is a gem. Although she is top of the line and it’s hard to get an appointment with her, her staff is uncompassionate, unprofessional and unhelpful. I had spent days in the hospital due to the front desk not giving me an emergency visit while I ended up having E.coli. They told me she didn’t have anything available until next month while I begged for an appointment. Thankfully I don’t go there for the front desk and staff, I go to see Dr serer and she is truly the best.

Dr serer the worst office. They had you wait over 2 hours to then rush through appointments
