Go see Jenna at Cornell's Jewelers! I cannot adequately describe my appreciation for her kind, patient, flexible, and intelligent support while creating a ring that I was proud to present to my now fiancé. She worked with me through a multi month process including the selection and use of a more obscure material. Final product was incredible! Service was impeccable! Will definitely be referring friends!

I had an awesome encounter with 2 very nice ladies, Kingsley and Franca, for 2 separate things. These ladies were truly helpful in taking care of my needs!

Went to Cornell’s as my watch battery wasn’t working. The staff made me feel really uncomfortable. I wear a headscarf and obviously that sent off some red flags for them. I think the staff need to be retrained. Not everyone who looks different is a threat. Didn’t like anything there anyway. Borsheims in Nebraska is the place to go for quality jewellery and the staff knew me by first name. Cornell’s has lost a customer. On a positive note they did clean my watch for me.

What a great experience. We were buying a gift for our granddaughter who had won an amazing award. Sunny was so helpful and made the whole experience even more fun.

Absolutely love Cornells jewelers! From the time you walk in everyone is so sweet and every little detail was thoughtout. They have such a variety of jewelry for just about anyones taste. My fiance and I worked with a few of their staff but the most notable one was Kingsley who is wonderful. Both my emgagement ring and bands are from here and since getting my wedding band I did need to get them resized. Kingsley was great in keeping us in the loop. Highly recommend this place and Kingsley!

Sunny and the people at Cornells Jewelers are awesome. They made the process of picking out an engagement ring stress free and easy. Sunny went above and beyond to pick the perfect stone and setting. Will definitely be my go to spot for purchasing jewelry in the future.

Referred by a friend, who happens to know the manager there. She was able to have him meet with me for engagement rings. Cornell has a luxurious atmosphere and service. They provide you with beverages and bring you to a private engagement ring room upstairs.

I came in a second time with my boyfriend unannounced and the manager still took the time to see us which I greatly appreciated.

You don't feel pushed here. The staff is friendly and laid back but engaging. The one thing I like about this place is that you can browse freely around their main jewelry floor.

Our family has been customers of Cornell's since the old Temple Building store in down town Rochester. Cornells has not changed over the years with a wonderful customer experience. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We had our wedding rings and my wifes engagement ring cleaned and inspected by our store associate Franca. Cornell's is the only jeweler we trust for purchase of new and service of our jewelry.

Sunny, was the first Jeweler I met when I visited for a few gifts I bought last Christmas. She is amazing and so much fun. I was in the other day and met Kingsley, whom is also a wonderful Jeweler. She walked me through several items and I was able to pick out 3 items and I think they were excellent choices. If you need expert advise and have doubts. Cornell’s is the place to go. I have never bought Jewelry in the USA. I was always buying international as I traveled. But Cornell’s is now my go to. Thank You!

The stone in my engagement ring was loose and needed a new setting. My ring looks better than when I originally got it, my husband reluctantly agrees. Thank you for bringing back all the feelings from that day. I will only come here in the future.
