Was a very bad experience. I have been going to this store for years snd I go yesterday and I make an order and a manager named Ramon gave sales person prices on my order and I leave deposit I'm all set they call me an hour later to say sorry he gave me wrong price meanwhile I had invoice all written up did not even try to help me with something else to make up for what he did.just said come get your deposit.discusting

If you are looking for a reputable furniture store, steer clear from corner furniture! My experience dealing with them has been a nightmare. I originally purchased furniture in February of 2021 and was told to contact Wanda the saleswoman to get an estimated delivery date. Upon doing so I got the runaround and was told my furniture would not be delivered until sometime in June. She was unable to confirm the date. When I called back in June i was advised the delivery was STILL delayed and no date was set or could be confirmed at the time. I spoke with the “manager” Ayesha as well as Wanda and to my dismay not only were they rude and highly unprofessional, the saleswoman Wanda hung up on me. In October 2021 I had to physically go to their Bronx location to demand a refund for the undelivered furniture NEVER ONCE did ANYONE offer apologies or a solution. And after the sale, I had to repeatedly contact them to get status updates. Never once did they initiate a phone call at any point in time. Their lack of professionalism was unmatched. If you value your peace, do not shop here. FYI I gave them 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.

I was looking to buy a new sofa. I went to numerous Furniture stores without success. A friend mentioned Corner Furniture. I heard of this store, but never went there. Well last week I went & was introduced to salesperson Eli, afriendly pleasant looking man. I told him what I was looking for. He escorted me around the showroom, showing what may appeal to me. I ended up choosing a loveseat instead of a sofa because the size & price was right. Eli wasn't sure I'd be able to purchase specific loveseat & have it delivered when I wanted because it was part of a set. Not willing to disappoint me Eli went above & beyond to make it happen. So I made a partial payment & loveseat was ordered.
3 days later I returned saying I preferred the sofa instead of loveseat. Eli wasn't sure I could change the order because loveseat was already ordered. Once again Eli did everything to make it happen. He canceled original order then wrote a new one. Thank you so much, Eli. Eli is one of those rare salesperson who doesn't pressure a customer for a sale, but does all he can to make a customer happy & comfortable with their purchase. I will definitely tell my friends to ask for Eli if thinking of looking for furniture at Corner Furniture.

I have been shopping around for furniture for over a month now & I found everything I was looking for in this one spot! The customer service I received in this store was phenomenal. Janice was aces. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. She made it possible to find everything I wanted and walked out with everything I needed for my place.
