Corner Social reviews
16Had dinner and drinks on a weekend here with a friend and we both loved the food and drinks. I especially love the sirloin steak with huge taters! Have ordered online several times and the quality is ALWAYS exceptional. Give Corner Social a try and find what you will love.
It's okay, not like their early days. Service is a little rushed, especially if they can't get you to order drinks. Server was kinda annoyed when we didn't order alcohol. Prices have increased and the music is louder. It's become a place where people come to be seen.
Really good spot in Harlem to grab a drink and vibe to some great music. We went on a Saturday night and the DJ was great! It was a little crowded. I would suggest getting there earlier (before 11pm) if you want a table to sit down and eat.
I went for a day party and had a great time. The music was good, food was nice and service was fun!
Had so much fun here first time around. Definitely want to go back, outside seating was great and the service was amazing. Did came to the table at a pretty good time. 8/10 for me
The margarita pizza was okay the fries sounded better than taste. The onions were mid raw, the steak meat was barely none and tasted different. The cheese sauce was okay if you like fluffy and mac and cheese boxed sauce.
Food: $16+ $17 not bad but wish the food was more enjoyable.
Service: Great service our server was kind and the busers even were very helpful.
Atmosphere: Can be a calm night depending on the time and day. We arrived on a Friday night around 10pm by 11 the bar stools were removed to invite more people into the restaurant. The DJ played some old school hip hop and dancehall LOVE IT! DJ was my highlight this is not my first time here its been some months visiting.
This place is just fun to hang out, great food. Although I am a night owl. My number one spots for night hanging out with friends or to meet people. Bartender, Cesar and John. Great fellas. Oh also, music is pretty good. I’ve been going here for years now.and it’s still my top favorite spot when I’m stepping out on the weekend.
Was in the area at night and decide to stop in their late night lounge type situation to grab a drink. So, did not dine here. The place was full of bar goers, live DJ and merriment. Grabbed a whisker with ginger and a rum with coke. Probably the worst I've gotten in a while. The house liquor was horrifying. The music was cool. Stayed for about an hour and left. It's not a place I'd visit again, but I'm sure it's okay for others. Giving it a 3.3 for the afternoon hour drinking social only. The bartender was nice.
This place is a vibe. Drinks are good, the mocktails could be better. The food is delicious and the prices aren’t crazy. Very loud inside but they have outside seating that is really cute. The waitress was wonderful and the food came out quickly. The dessert was disappointing.
Food is good but the music is way too loud for dining. You have to scream for your date to hear you.
Non stop Harlem vibes everyday into the night (dj starts at 8: 30ish).
The menu has recently been updated; try the braised lamb shank or the lobster bisque, my favorites. Cesar and John will take care of you at the bar with expertly crafted mixed drinks.
Sunday brunch is a big hit so please be sure to make reservations.
Men, on Fridays and Saturdays after 9pm, be prepared to pay a small cover charge to get in. It will be worth it as plenty of well dressed ladies frequent this place just before midnight.
Try Corner Social because "Harlem is a vibe"
Wish I could give this place more stars. Appetizers are good, the drinks are delicious, and socially it’s a vibe. Good music and lighting. Overall though, the service is unpredictable af. The first time I came here I came for brunch and I wasn’t given any warning about the timing of when the kitchen closes for “break. ” I waited to be seated for me to finally be seated and only after 30 minutes of waiting did someone finally come over to tell us the kitchen was closed for an hour. I’ve been here a few times since and the service has been okay, but today I’m giving it a go again and come to find out they’re closed (6: 43 EST time btw)! Google says they’re open M-F from 4 to 12 and that’s definitely not true. Had to check their Instagram to find out they’re closed on Mondays.
Corner social is a vibe. The music is always on point, and it’s usually a good crowd of young adults. Id say 25+ just from guessing. We went for happy hour on a Friday and there was no fuss. It was nice and simple, our waiter was great. Our drinks were good and so was our app.
There’s indoor and outdoor seating. Booths, high top tables. Many options to pick from.
Also a public bathroom for paying customers:)
Will be back.
Great place to go with friends or date night.
Good happy hour, plus our waitress kept remembering us the time. We arrived at 6: 10 by 7 pm.we had 3 drinks each already.
Stood at the bar.got ignored and left. Seems like it could've been an ok spot but it was a wasted $10 cover charge.
Went to check it out before heading somewhere else on a sunday. Dj was playing old school hip hop, not a lot of ppl. He has to read the room to see if the music Is hittin, which it truly wasn't. But cool spot.
