Wouldn't let me reschedule without paying a $40 service fee because of a same day cancelation but they can cancel the same day! Not cool at all. Will be searching for a different dentist. Emergencies happen and you shouldn't be charged for them!

I am a middle aged man, who throughout my life, has had extensive dental work done at numerous dental clinics. Dr. Zheng, in my opinion, is the best Dentist I have encountered to date. His experience in Dentistry far surpasses any and all of previous dentists and oral surgeons I have had. His knowledge, bedside manor, and care for patients, is something I wish I had found long ago. He takes his time working with his patients, and makes sure he is being thorough, rather then trying to do the work as quickly as possible. In fact, whenever the subject of someone looking for a dentist (with anyone in life) happens to come up in conversation with me, I refer everyone to Dr. Zheng, and there is no one else I would even recommend.

Everyone was very nice and friendly! I’m not a dentist person, I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in my life time. I was very comfortable here and think I did ok. Thanks for the x-ray and cleaning. Now onto the next step.

Great place. Very professional. Great communication and reminder services. Better than alot of places around this area

Dr Zeng does a great job! Always very willing to explain and save my teeth. He’s rebuilt a tooth I broke no one can even tell it was broken in half from the top down. He’s also helped me fix my smile. He cares about saving your teeth so they last longer. The front desk is always so nice and helpful with questions. The hygienists are very thorough and friendly. Highly recommend this office!

Every person I encountered was professional and friendly. I ended my first visit believing I was in good hands and will definitely be scheduling future appointments with them.

Just finished a 6 month cleaning with dental hygienist Stacy. She is great and very proficient at her job. I have had several hygienists over the years and she is the best!

The waitlist is quite long. I was looking to establish care. The office staff were pleasent. The tech was nice and did a thorough cleaning which I have never experienced such a level of dedication to a cleaning from anyone, ever! The dentist could use better bedside manner though. Overall, I needed to be referred to a specialist before they would address the reason I came in.

I liked all nurses.the dentist was willing to pull a tooth with an abscess on it, when he thought I was self pay.when I told them I had insurance he went to his office and shut the door and told me I needed more exrays. After my exrays he had the nurse go into his office and shut the door. Then he refused to pull the tooth and referred me out to oral surgeon.whats the difference between self pay and insurance. Hum

Short wait time, Dental hygentist Laura was great. Explained through the whole process of xrays what was seen on them and even proper flossing techniques. Front desk person was very personable. Dr. Friendly. Was first time there. Very pleased.

I have an extremely bad phobia of dentist work but I have to say this was very pleasant and all the staff were patient to my condition. I look forward to seeing them again and that's a first for me.

I have been going to the office for a handful of years now and have always had a positive experience. Everyone has been friendly and professional each visit.

They will treat you like a piece of garbage if you are low income or have Fidelis insurance!

From the first phone call with Breanne and her willingness to explain everything and answer all of my questions to the x-rays and then Dr. Zang and the thorough examination and his plan for my dental health I couldn't be more pleased with whT a great experience it was and a warm and friendly environment they have at Bright. What a nice dental experience. I will and have already told people about this great dentist office. Thank you again. Steve
