Corona Family Dental Center, Queens NY

Probably the worst dentist I’ve ever been too. Like the previous review stated. Although the receptionist was very apologetic and kind, and sent over my xrays quickly. I was thankful for that at least!
My appointment was at 1: 00 pm today. I left at 3: 02 with no teeth cleaning done. I waited a whole 2 hours and ended up leaving because I had somewhere to be.
I’m never coming back here.

This is one of the worst dentist I have ever been too, they take too long to attend you, they would make u sit down and make u wait there for hours. I went there today for an appointment I made at 9: 30 and they attended me around 12, and they literally just took 5 min to check my teeth, and the rest was wait. They attended other people when I got there first, what’s the point of appointments if they just go by order of the sign in sheet, there is no point. I really hope they can improve in there service as time passes.

Not good dentist was in a rush at the end of my tooth filling because there was another patient waiting. If I was a dentist I would not be in a hurry having sharp objects in a persons mouth.

The front desk lady on Mondays shows no confidentiality. Instead of calling me over she shares my information aloud to confirm. The office is small and everyone can hear my personal info insurance/ date of birth /zip code. I had to write information such as address on a post it note. Then fill my information on a link sent to my number. I could have been sent this before hand in my opinion and This could’ve have possibly been with more confidentiality. Just my opinion. Other than that I have no complaints. I was supposed to have my appointment but they couldn’t attend me. Cause of insurance reasons.etc out of their hand.

You’re just gonna waste your time waiting and they will tell you to come back over and over again.

The staff are very friendly extremely helpful.and the dentist make you feel so great i had my teeth fixed and walk out of there no pain

This is one of the worst run dentist offices I have ever been to in my life. Be prepared to wait for hours to see a dentist even with an appointment. The lady at the front desk is too busy to greet ANYONE that comes in, she is very unprofessional, grunting, rolling her eyes, calling and answering patients on speaker. I believe a receptionist is better for someone more welcoming, but I'm glad I never have to go back to that terrible place. Was there 3 times and saw people waiting for hours to see the dentist each time.
Only reason I gave it one star was because the dentist did her job well although at that point it became irrelevant. Hope they can do something in the future for those poor people stuck at that place.

They are the worse four time they give me appointments and they conform but you to wait for two hours and the end I didn't see the dr is going to be late

Everyone in the office are very professional. The doctor was very kind and helpful. I am glad I found the office.

Very dab services, the personal is very negligent, bad Services. Is not a professional place

I went for a tiny small chipped tooth filling and the lady made a big hole saying it have to be even and messed up my whole tooth.
She also suggested that I should redo all of my fillings for my other tooth that was totally fine which I denied.
Please AVOID AVOID AVOID this place at all cost you have been WARNED.

Smiling after being done with treatment is a natural thing to happen, especially after waiting 4 hours. One would be full of joy at the thought of leaving a place full of others who are unknown to me but I, on the other hand, really enjoyed my dentist that I preferred to stay.

I didn't of course since once treatment was done, she moved on to the next patient. Her comment once I saw my new upgraded smile (which I was extremely happy about) was " you look stressed ". Guess even after the impact of a new smile reflecting upon me, the thought that I spent what seems to me all day there was enough to keep me looking unsatisfied.

But, to this wonderful dentist, let me answer you since I didn't at that moment. " I was not stressed. Just sleepy as I had mentioned due to only 2 and a half hours of sleep, seeing my PCP before my dental appointment, and having a full day left of business.and happy with your work! Thank you!

It’s my first time for cleaning my teeth and they give me excellent services. The doctor was very gentleman and much he try I’m not hurt. I recommend to this places to visit.

They give appointment we go and sign in they take in after four hours then they do Xray they said we not gonna treat you we send you specialist I said Ok give me prescription they answered come after one week we give you prescription Butt before coming call us I said ok after a week i call and asked for the recommendation prescription for specialist they said who are you i explains everything they totally ignore and cut the call

I've been coming here for years now. I bring my two children here as well. I love the office. It's clean, small and intimate. The staff is very nice and treat me with kindness and respect. They are also kind to my children. I love coming here.
