They canceled the load and I was there for the pu, can you believe that, oh the broker wants to deduct for, 1 be on time no before the appointment $200.00,2 have macropoint $300.00, if you didn't take foto before you sealed the trailer doors $100.00, so there you have it, plan on that, drivers.

I used this company for a local move in Buffalo, NY. They moved my home and my home business. On a Monday, the movers showed up late. They were definitely aware that the move was large. They brought a truck loaded with their boxes and moving supplies. Some of the boxes were broken down others were set up. They said they didn't have the chance to unload from Friday. I dont understand that as they had the weekend and that morning. They arrived 2 hours late.

This was a 3 man move and 1 fellow was extra and I was not charged for this movers. I was getting rid or a couch and microwave and 1 man said he wanted it but after they arrived at the new address, he kept looking down at the ground when I asked if he was going to pick it up and he said no. I thought it was odd.

The move took way way too long. The movers took 10 hours of which 1hr was lunch. There was no appliances, No kitchen furniture only 1 bedroom, bamboo den couch and 2 chairs. No landscape items just lots of boxes. This move should have been done between 6 - 8 hours.

After the move, I contacted the " manager" and told him I had items missing. He was nasty and condensing trying to intimidate me in not filing a report. At that time it was a case of packaging tape which I use for my business. I also told him that there was 1 large garment/close box filled with merchandise missing. I could not give him at that time exact items. I'm POSITIVE the movers took that box and mixed it into the boxes they brought with them.

My merchandise is already bagged to ship. Some items were brand new and others vintage merchandise.purses (the image of the leopard dress is the matching fabric for 4 brand new purses missing), shoes, suits, dresses, mens shirts, jacket, suits and pants, new costume items.

TODAY 9/8/20, I sold a mens London Fog jacket and its missing in inventory so, another item added to the stolen list. Many items are 1 of a kind vintage items. I wish I could upload ALL THE photos. Thousand of dollars or inventory was stolen. Ill go to fill an online order and after going through all stock which takes a couple of days. I find it missing. There was a great deal stolen imagine how much can be folded it would take to fill a garment/storage box. I do not at all recommend using this company.

After the move, no mover, be it the father son team or the two other guys brought anything back to me. If there were 0 stars I would select that. THIEVES.

I saw the message that I could call and speak with the manager and that would be the same manager I've spoken with many times prior.
All that manager Greg did was to belittle me and makes it " sound" as I do not matter and that my stolen items must be something else.they try to put the blame on me, "Why wait 2 years? " yes, it will be 3 and 4 years, I'll go to fill an order and the items will be missing and I can caulk it up to this theft.

I thought because this was a larger company and because they are part of United Movers I would be safe. No such luck.

Moved from NY to Florida. First, they overcharged us $500. We were charged for 3 crates when we only used 2. A lot of boxes were crushed from them stuffing them into the crates. They told us we could leave items in the dressers then they turned the dressers on their sides and stuff fell out and was found laying on bottom of crates. We were promised a refund for the overcharge but 3 weeks later nothing and can't get a response. Go elsewhere unless you like being ripped off.

No, my shipment did NOT contain 3 containers. You charged me for 3 even before everything was picked up. There were only 2. You ripped us off. You said there would be an adjustment and there never was. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a shady business practice you are trying to get away with. We have reached out numerous times and have been avoided at all costs. You can't prove there were 3 containers and are hoping we just go away.

They were storing our household belongings due to our apartment being remodeled. We decided to move out of state and we arrived at their facility so they could load our uhaul truck up for the move. They did a wonderful job loading the truck and were very professional and friendly! Marty, Dominica & Noah loaded up the truck and these individuals were outstanding! Everything on the truck was packed great and i highly recommend this moving company! Thank you to your awesome crew!

As a former military member we've previously been through six major moves and none have been any better than this one. Nicole did an exceptional job coordinating the move and could not have done anything better to keep us informed. Michael did the estimate and was courteous, professional, and extremely efficient. The packers and movers on both ends of the move were outstanding. A move could not possibly go any smoother than this one.

You guys are lucky you have to choose a star, because you guys wouldn't get one very poor welcome visiting their facility where i stared at like a museum without out a "Hey how you doing" The feeling you have when you not welcomed. Two thumbs down on your customer service skills!

Fast, prompt service and they're also accommodating if you need to access your product while it's at their facility. They let me come into their warehouse and spend hours modifying my storage crates. Couldn't have been more helpful while I was there.

I have to say I have never been treated better. Mike was great, after my realtor and attorney gave me the incorrect closing date, I had to move quickly to make changes to my move. Mike was so thoughtful during a most difficult time for me. He made the process seamless and did what he could to help out. Just a shout out would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move. Outstanding service.
