Quick amazing service is always idea. But when you throw in friendly compassionate people into the mix it puts Cortese Service a cut above the rest.

I learned they lied to me about 2 rear shocks being broken but it was not. It was only a stunt mount it is broken. They said it's charged $734. I told them to not fix it. I asked another car dealership and they charged me less than $200. I won't come this business again.

Service was great, but I did have to bring my car back twice. The wrong part was ordered first, and second to get the passenger side wiper repositioned correctly. All seems to be good now, thanks!

My car needed an oil change and tire rotation. Booking the service was smooth and I arranged an 8 AM appointment. My only minor complaints are: 1) the car did not end up being ready until after 3 PM or so, which isn't a huge deal, I get that it is a busy garage 2) communication was not great - I missed a call from the mechanic Darren and there was a voicemail simply stating "Please call me back as soon as possible" which had me worrying that some major issue had been found when everything was fine. But besides those two issues I have no complaints - price was reasonable and process was relatively smooth.

All I needed was some touch-up paint, I went in and the parts manager was the nicest gentleman that I have dealt with in a long time.

Awesome folks. Perfect transaction. This is the third vehicle we have purchased through Cortese Ford (first new vehicle). Every experience has been perfect. We have found them to be honorable business persons on every occasion. We always enjoy our visits.

Zack did a great job delivering the car. Unfortunately a small dent in the fender and deep scratch in the rubber bumper.
