We had to visit right before Christmas as my wife was very ill. The receptionist I believe her name was Franny was so kind and accommodating. She was able to help me figure out my wife’s insurance as it wasn’t going through. She would check on us as we waited (which was awhile) and we got the care we needed once we saw the doctor. On our way out she checked on us one last time. Very pleasant experience.

I’ve been here multiple times and always had a good experience. Went during the holidays to have stitches removed, the nurses and doctor were very patient and so kind. They were able to get me in quickly despite being busy

I went there a couple weeks ago and had to leave. The lady at the front desk was not nice. She snapped at me and was rolling her eyes. I went a previous time and saw them and it was great. A few other people I know said they had a rude woman at the front desk too. The next Day. I went to immediate care in Ithaca and it was awesome. The front Desk lady was amazing and sympathetic to everyone who walked through the door. I am a nice person and treat everyone with respect so I was a bit taken aback by the front desk person in Cortland. I didnt feel well and I think sick people need someone who is caring and compassionate. Perhaps this person needs some training in how to be kind to people if she will be continuing to work with patients. Other then this not so nice person everyone else was very nice.

Communication amongst the team members didn't seem great or they were understaffed. I was put into the "negative pressure" room (but my complaint was a sore ear primarily). So I wasn't comfortable being put into a room that was for possibly contagious people. No communication with me about whether and why. Finally, after doing paperwork and paying copay, I was brought into a room and then I heard a muffled something from the person who brought me back - all I heard was "black phone. " So I sat in the chair closest to that phone. When it rang many minutes later, I didn't realize I had to answer (because the person bringing me back was speaking with their back to me and sort of muffled, so I didn't realize I was supposed to answer the phone when it rang). A nurse then stuck her head in and asked me to pick up the phone when it rang. (Why not just come in and ask me the questions?) I realize they thought I might be contagious with something (although my primary complain was a painful ear, and I specifically said I wondered if my ear was infected, so how they came to that conclusion was beyond me - leaving 90% of all the other patients in the regular waiting room). It's as if once I was doomed to the negative pressure room, everyone from thereon treated me like I had the plague. I wasn't congested or feverish or sick in any way that would suggest I would be contagious. So sitting in a big room alone for almost 45 minutes, having to answer questions on a black phone, then seeing the doctor before anyone had even gotten my blood pressure, oxygen levels, and temp was just strange and lonely feeling. After the doctor said I was ok - and to check with my primary if the ear pain persisted, THEN a nurse came in to get my vitals. Then I sat there for far too long waiting to leave. It just all seemed really disorganized and as if communication there (with clients and one another) is not the greatest.

All staff was friendly and professional. It was very busy for a long time, they needed more help. Seemed light on staff.

Forcing you to wear a mask again why not leave it up to the individual and stop forcing people to wear them.

They need more help if there gonna be backed up
And the people that check the patients in. Need more compassion with talking to people that come in. Also let people know if it's gonna be a long wait before taking them in to be checked if it's not a emergency

Makes you wait to damn long to get into a room and to leave a room. I’d be dead before I get checked out.

Every time I have needed to be seen here, I’ve had a great experience. From the front staff, to the nurses and every physician I’ve ever seen there. I just brought my 3 month old in. It being Labor Day I was completely understanding of any wait. But I honestly didn’t even have much of a wait. We were roomed, triaged and seen in a decent amount of time. Both my kids have been seen here and they have treated both wonderfully each time. I highly recommend.

Been there twice in 6 months, one for broken wrist, one for another issue. Both times I was treated well and felt confident in their care.

The wait times are not at all unreasonabke for urgent care services. The service itself; from getting checked in with your information to being seen by a provider; is efficiently executed by the staff. Was presented with the facts as well as options on what to do to take the best care of myself.

Ive found every visit here to be very helpful within their capabilities.

Just had a great experience with addressing an ear infection. Staff courteous, professional, and down to business. Thanks!

I have to say I tested these ladies patience…. I was angry, frustrated and had no patience because of the situation I was in with my son but to their credit they remained calm but firm with me…. They were professionals…. The PA in particular I apologized to for my behavior after calming down…. Thank you and god bless

I was treated well and had a short wait time, but was prescribed a drug for pink eye that is not safe for pregnant people even though I had told multiple staff members and there were many alternatives that are safe. This delayed my treatment and made me uncomfortable as well as nervous.

We visited the urgent care when my daughter got sick while traveling. At only 7 months old, I was nervous about taking her anywhere other than a pediatrician. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We were in and out quickly as well since we went early. It was a great experience!

Absolutely horrible, every single time. Hours on hours of wait times and they are TYPICALLY WRONG. And you have to go sit at a real hospital anyway. Do NOT recommend, especially if something is seriously wrong because you will probably die.
