Cosgrove Dental - Paul F Cosgrove DDS, Rockville Centre NY

I have been @ this practice as a patient for over 12 years. My first appointment as a patient I was in pain, and had already called other dentists to no avail.
Dr. Cosgrove spoke to me on the phone assessed the situation and waited for me to get from Brooklyn to his practice in RVC even though the practice had already closed for the day. I am suprised to see any negative reviews because he is extremely professional and highly efficient. Over the years his professionalism has been consistent and first hand from my colleagues who have been his patient, I have only heard positive reviews about his work. If anything the only difficulty is getting an appointment because his practice is so popular. But again when I thought my son had an injury from baseball he told me to bring him in immediately eventhough I did not have an appointment.
Without reservation I highly recommend Dr. Cosgrove.

I highly recommend Cosgrove Dental for all types of dental work. Over the past month I visited Dr. Cosgrove and his practice multiple times. I had old retainer brackets removed, a deep cleaning, teeth whitening and porcelain veneers. All of the staff that I encountered, front desk, dental hygienists, etc were knowledgeable and extremely kind and caring. When I went in for my consultation Dr. Cosgrove was honest, compassionate and direct. He immediately made me feel comfortable and I had such a pleasant experience working with him. I had 3 prior consultations before finding Dr. Cosgrove. When it was time to put in my veneers he accommodated me in order to perfect my smile prior to two weddings I was going to be in. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Dr. Cosgrove is truly talented. I have always hated smiling and felt insecure and now I feel like I can’t smile enough.

I would give this place 0 review. Do not go there. Susanna in the front desk is extremely unprofessional. Very rude as a receptionst. I will be on the hunt for a new dentist who actually cares for their paitents. Dr K is pretty nice though even though i got to see her for 5 seconds. But the front desk people need to be retrained and Susanna also needs to go. Extremely unhappy with my visit.

Had my first exam at Cosgrove Dental and found the staff professional and courteous. The office and facilities are state of the art. Glad my friend recommended this dental practice.

Dr. Cosgrove is the best! Not to mention the staff is fantastic and very diligent on reminding you about upcoming appointments and insurance related issues! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We love coming to Dr Cosgrove’s office. Everyone is super nice, friendly and professional. Dr Cosgrove is very accommodating and makes you feel completely comfortable while you are in the chair!

As someone who had a terrible fear of dentists and switching dentists many times due to this fear and them not understanding, I have finally found my place. Dr. Cosgrove and his staff are amazing, from the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed. Christine the hygienist is amazing and makes me feel at ease. Dr Cosgrove explains everything in an easy to understand manner and puts you at ease, he even whistles while he works

Clean office, great staff from the front desk to my hygienist Chris who is amazing. Dr. Cosgrove is a superb dentist who is always friendly and is genuinely concerned about my comfort when I am in his chair. I could not recommend this practice any more highly. I live 18 miles away from the office and its worth the drive.

I love my dentist and especially Chris who does my cleaning. Staff is friendly and always pleasant. Dr Cosgrove and Chris answer all my questions, always provide helpful information and most importantly make sure I, m comfortable and not in pain. Highly recommend them

Stay away from Dr. Cosgrove Office. If you dealing with Dr. Cosgrove himself, run for your life. Dr. Cosgrove placed a bad crown in me. So bad to the point food was getting stuck everyday. I visited two other dentist about the problem and both confirmed Dr. Cosgrove put the crown in poorly. Both Dentist suggest to replace the crown before it creates more damage. I confronted Dr. Cosgrove and he swear his work was fine, despite seeing the damage his crown was doing. He negligence is costing me 600 dollars. He is a bad Dentist. Before this incident happened, Dr. Cosgrove recommended I get a root canal done but he would not schedule a follow up with me for 2 months. I will report this to the Dental board. A Dentist can not treat his patients very carelessly.
