Dan has been a great trainer for the 6+ years I’ve been seeing him. I had multiple previous knee surgeries and needed a trainer that would understand my limitations but still create a challenging exercise routine that would build strength and flexibility and Dan has delivered. With his help, I’ve been able to continue to play the sports that I’ve been accustomed to and for that, I’m very grateful.
