Cost Cutters, Auburn NY

Update 8/24/23: Cut took place on, Aug. 4. My hair was burned to the roots. I've been back to the salon and been argued with. I've been in contact with the corporation itself. I also asked for a color all I got was bleach. I was charged for conditioning treatment that I didn't know that I was getting. I was also not given any kind of price point to let me know how much this was going to cost and by the time we got done it was over $100 with tip. On top of all of that I already went back once because there were still long hairs on the back of my neck she had to fix. My hair has been falling out. As of August 16th, the owner of the establishment finally got a hold of me. He was only willing to offer $50 for my troubles even though it cost me $100 plus tip to get the hair done and now I have had to re dye it it is still falling out. It is now shaved off. The cut was uneven on top of the hair still falling out. I still have not received my refund.

My husband "got a hair cut" there today. I don't think a single hair got cut. He still looks shaggy, hair still growing over his ears, a disgrace. Cannot recommend. I could do a better job for $22.

Walked in and they were able to give me a great haircut. Very pleased and I have returned many times since.
