Cost Cutters on Broad Avenue in Binghamton, the girls are super nice, and the young lady that did my hair is the first one that didn't cut my hair too short. Did a fantastic job. There was a lot of people there but they started cutting my hair in about 15 or 20 minutes. I would recommend Cost Cutters.

I love the way Mary cuts my hair, everybody is very friendly there. I also like the way they pick out products for me cuz I'm really not good at that.

I always go here and see Jamie! She is so talented at making me look good. Everyone at this salon is welcoming

Do not recommend, mostly young women who prefer to stand around and talk rather than work when it's busy.

Loved my experience! Friendly, fast paced, Jamie knew what she was doing and took charge. I knew I wanted shorter hair with highlights and Jamie took the guessing out of it and handled my hair like a professional! She even covered my grays up like I asked her to! My hair looks great, and feels great. Will definitely be going back!

Overall, the staff at all cost cuttrs are very friendly. But pay close attention that you get the length that you want.

Took my boys here for cuts. One of my boys struggles to sit still and has sensory issues with haircuts. Their stylists were so sweet and patient with their wiggles and chatted with them during their cuts. They both are very pleased with their new looks! Will definitely be returning here next time!
