Costco Wholesale reviews
16 Lives nearby. Always go for visit. Line usually very long in the early. Better time is after 2pm and on Tuesday Wednesday. Forget about weekend it’s too busy for me. Always have fun when brings friends who know the price and split with them.
If you don’t have membership card. Ask your friends to buy cash card for you.
This Costco is always a mad house with people having no regard for you or your safety. They do not check Vaccinations cards or even enforce wearing a mask. In addition, everything is mainly sold out and when I asked for help the workers do not know, or they are too rude to even answer or check. This was a waste of time. I came to get one item and it took me 1 hour and 30 min just to get out. If you have the chance go to a different Costco not this one at Rego Park.
This horrible Team member whose name is "KENT" I think, attempted to insult me verbally yesterday when I was looking for bananas.
He is a black male, wearing a pair of glasses, wearing dark blue color work cloth, didn't wear Costco red vest at the time of this incident.
So I was looking for bananas and he was organizing bananas right next to me. And I was in his way because it was a very tiny space. Instead of saying: "Excuse me sir, can you move, I have things in my hands? " He said, you are not gonna MOVE right? ! I was very much offended and I started to argue with him. He then said a bunch of other things which I was having a hard time to hear.
Sounds like he was probably biased towards me, and stereotyping me for whatever the reason. How in the world would you say that to a customer.
He doesn't deserve working here, I'm looking forward to meet him next time!
Subpar compared to other Costco stores in the area. Very crowded. Produce section is ok, probably due to high turnover rate from such high volume of people. Thats also why people are treated like potential shoplifters rather than customers. FYI, you have to pay for parking.
Customer service issue. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful. Eventhough, he couldn't process my request. He did everything he possibly could and placed a note on the system allowing me to return the following day to continue the transaction.
The supervisor Lura or Lora miss behave me. I went to open business account and I asked few questions. She told me to go to other location if i want to open the business account and then she ignored me full time. Because she do not want to answer my questions about the requirement to open membership. The manager was in meeting.
Not the first time worse service ever on cash register. Tall guy Spanish speaking even didn’t ask me but tried to give a service for woman behind me because she had only one item. That’s why they have self service in the end for people like she. Omg and next - Asian girl with a eyeglasses even didn’t see my membership was paid last month, talking I need renew. Are you guy out of your mind? Maybe you just too tired, then take a break, but give BS service and getting paid- it’s nonsense.
Best visit saturday mornings, nice place, even when is crowded, we split our shopping between this store and the aldi store on 1st floor
It's great. You usually find everything here and now they have self checkout as well! Has parking fee at this queens location but enough parking available!
They always have a good selection. Was pretty decent during the pandemic with lines and they took all the necessary precautions with cleaning the carts. I definitely recommend!
I always enjoy Costco, so I have nothing bad to say. I went on a Saturday morning (early) so it was fairly empty. Always well stocked. Well stocked with water, toilet paper, and paper towel and no limits. Although, no lysol or disinfectant wipes of any brand.
Ey costco wholesale thank you for take care your family in the middle of the pandemic y was crazy but you stand for the community
I think this place is awesome I really enjoy it I think some of the items accident cheaper here they are at other Costco's idol may be tripping but I think that I did see a few items for the prices were cheaper I like what located it's convenient it's just awesome
Way too crowded during peak hours and they are not enforcing mask rule. High risk of getting coronavirus. I'd recommend go there at morning time and leave ASAP.
Costco is a great store. I usually get the kosher Turkey tenders, havati cheese, guacamole that comes three in a container, half and half which is only $2 each, and a big container of croissants for $5for about 10-12 crossaints
One of our favorite places to go when we need something or literally almost everything (From frozen goods, to fresh goods, cooked meals, chocolates, fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes, gadgets, toys and house needs etc). People here are very friendly and accommodating especially when you need to ask something. They make sure that the warehouse is not a full house in order for people to maintain their proper social distancing. Restrooms are always open and clean. Food area is open as well but with no seating capacity. Boxes for customers to carry their goods are always ready before exiting or leaving the vicinity.
