Costco Wholesale reviews
14Costco has almost everything I need. I just wish for all Customers that Costco not raise the price on our memberships any more cause of the rising prices of groceries, tv’s, towels, facial & bath necessities, home goods, etc. Us consumers can’t afford to buy anything any more. Things have to start getting better for all of us. Thank you.
Great place to shop for large items. The store is clean and their shopping carts are great!
The Tire Center here is super knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony and Joe took care of a tire/rim issue other Costco place in NJ couldn't do. I highly suggest this place for any tire needs.
This location is a study in contradictions. There is ample parking, but they always seem filled (and people will double park in front of the entrance anyway). The place is huge, but it still gets crowded, especially on weekends. They have tons of items but still sell out - although they do restock items that sell out. I find a lot of the people who shop here to be unpleasant and impatient; willing to run a cart into your back. I've seen a lot of them giving the workers grief over the new policy of checking the membership card at checkout, as if they make the rules. On the flip side, I've found most of the workers to be extremely nice, with a sense of humor, people like Lance who came inside from the gas pumps; Diane and Marcos, who work Customer Service; Milena at the cash registers; or Maryanne, who always has a smile at the exit doors.
As always Costco has what I need just like any other Costco. However I have to say the experience at check out was less than ideal and made me feel like I never want to return here again. As we were checking out at self check out, my mother scanned her card twice because we were paying for the groceries with two separate cards (both under my moms name) and a nasty little troll of a women comes marching over to us with the stinkiest little attitude in the world. She mentioned we weren’t allowed to scan the card twice which I then explained to her the situation and yet she still hung around to watch us scan everything and made me hand one of the receipts over to TRIPLE count the items on the receipt. My mom was a little annoyed as anyone would be if someone was watching over your shoulder which she said in Spanish and the attitude of this women went from bad to worse. She went off about how my mom was talking badly about her and called her crazy which she definitely didn’t do, and I told her that but she kept going on and on. Anyway I think her name was Barbra or whatever, Costco invest in some sensitivity and diversity training clearly it’s needed at this location.
Way too crowded the lines to leave the store are ridiculously.you have cashier ringing you up and they have to check the cart to see if your stealing smh.the line should be for self checkout and if a person failed Tom’s an something then give them the option to pay instead of thinking the worse! People aren’t trained to be cashiers
The place is always crowded and everything you could possibly need is there watch out for the shopping carts everyone is always in a hurry.
Its Costco what do you expect Good customer service good quality items good food samples pizza drinks everything you can imagine but in bulk what does Costco have that they don't have they have everything amazing
Not what it used to be
It's no secret it's more crowded than it used to be, but there's not enough staff to handle it all
Forget the tire and battery center, they completely suck
Optical is still good, and the gas station is still cost/time effective
Employee working the self checkout register was extremely rude. She refused to scan the leftover items in my cart even though I had no more room for food near the register. She also made a distasteful comment about me "putting items on their sloppy. "
I spend nearly $1000 at this Costco location monthly to provide food for my family, and yet it always seems to be a continuous headache here.
Terrible customer service experience.
It was great and the prices were decent gas prices are always cheaper than others and there is plenty of sample booths
This place is crowded. Pass through on the way to Brooklyn and they were opened at 9: 15 am on Saturday. They got stuff that I do not get in New Jersey but also less variety of certain stuff. They had sushi but it taste horrible not made by Costco but some vendor.
Had a terrible experience today none of them could help me. Told me I have to go do everything online or get a new membership, I spoke with Vicky at membership she was terrible.
