Costello's Ace Hardware of Massapequa Park

I’m not really someone who were needs a place like Ace Hardware often but when I do, I’ll make sure to visit the Massapequa location. I don’t know why, but for some reason, somehow they have the best employees ever. I feel as if each employee could be a CEO of a large company.when you come here you’re getting the best prices and you’re just getting the best stuff.would highly recommend.

I love the store, and the people that work there. They are always friendly, and happy to help you. The only thing I don't like, is their Ace rewards coupons. It seems it's very rare that you can redeem one of them. You always hear, sorry its only for regular priced items. I do not appreciate games, either give me a redeemable coupon or keep them. It must be a marketing game, because it can not be cheap to print them up and mail them out. Give your so called LOYAL customers a real coupon, without all the GAMES.

Here is an idea for the marketing team. If the item is really on sale, for example 20% off the regular selling price. Then the coupon face value can be worth 80% of its so called INDENTED value. And that price should be off the regular selling price. Not the so-called suggested retail value game price. Keep your Loyal customers happy and they will Remain loyal to you. It's really not a hard concept.

This is a great store. Great selection and regular sales. More pleasant than a big box location.

Great store, everything neat and clean, and a worker by the name of Nick was sooo helpful and knowledgeable, he should get a raise.

Good sized hardware store with lots of inventory. Can't go wrong for small projects and all those nicknacks

Had four bags of the birdseed that WAS NOT ON SALE. As one of the "helpful hardware folks" passed, she explained that was the expensive seed. A very welcome comment

They always have what I' m looking for. If I can' t find it; there is always someone available to point me in the right direction!

Half the time you get a key made it doesnt work. The last time the guy put the blank in backwards, and i couldn't get in the house. The workers are pleasant but the manager George is nasty he yells in your face and wont exchange Craftsman tools that have lifetime warranty.

I work here and love being employed under Costello's Ace Hardware. A very together and well managed business. Great products. Easy shopping, easy online shopping, and great delivery of products. Items if needed can and will be built on site. If you have not yet, go and get your Costello's Ace Hardware experience.

Staff is the great better than a box store. I walk in and I get service with nolagible staff. Prices are higher but well worth it.

Very helpful first time in many years going to Ace Hardware. Very good service they try to find what you want.

Usually doesn't have what I need and I have to either order or go to the bigger chain store
