Cotton On reviews
7This store is horrible.store manager Chanel brown is the worst person let alone boss I’ve ever met. It always messy in there the workers all look miserable working there.the store has weird smell too it especially smells towards there non open fitting rooms. And to top it all off I was offered edible and not the good looking edible. Question isn’t it illegal to be selling in a retail store?
This place is horrible.thought this was a clothing store.how a worker asked if i wanted to buy drugs.this store is a true joke and make the rest of the mall wack
I only received some of the items on the bags from what they have scanned on the bill. The cashier name was Deanna and we have to go back and forth to claim it
They close the dressing room on purpose because they buy without measuring
It's not worth entering.
The store Manager is horrible she doesn't care about her employees fired a manager with no proof you don't get paid time and a half for any holidays communication between ASm and Store Manager and employees don't exist there's no real protection for the employees thos store manager has lost 5 -10 employees and she's only been in this company less then a year. The worst store to workand even worst manager
The only thing I like about this store is that I can get proper quality clothes with cheap price. Everything else is trash, especially the customer service. I work at the customer service sector too, so I understand how the job can be exhausting. But that’s not an excuse to treat people rudely. I wasn’t rude to them. Most of the times, I was being polite because I don’t want to exhaust them. Still they ignore and talk to me very rudely. Also, they close their store 45 minutes before the actual closing time which is 8: 00. I wish the management is better.
