I had a small damage on my couch after the move from cross country and I found Couch Doctor to make a fix. Andrew came the next day I called and fixed the issue in a timely manner. He also did touch ups for my other items which were scratched by delivery company. Very nice people.

I used Dr. Sofa one before and they were twice more expensive than Couch Doctor. They charged me $800 to reassemble my couch and I decided to shop around this time while planning my move to new apartment. Daniel quoted me $400 and was very responsive and accommodating over phone and text. The crew was fantastic! Dimitri and Fabio were on time, very efficient and quick. Totally recommend

Excellent service and brilliant idea in fact. Never heard of Couch Doctor until moved to NYC from LA and my couch didn’t make it in the elevator on Upper East Side. My super highly recommended Daniel and said that most of the apartments used them when buying a sofa. True experts

The most unprofessional company ever. I stayed home two days from working waiting for someone to come help. The person has not answered a single text message or phone call and has now blocked my phone number. Would’ve been better just to get a heads up that my appointment was cancelled as opposed to standing me up. Don’t use them!

I’m an interior designer and have used Couch Doctor in the past and have been very pleased with their services however yesterday they went completely MIA on me - said they’d be at the project within two hours and then stopped responding to calls/ texts and left me totally stranded… call Z Brothers instead - more expensive but reliable, great customer service and wonderful work.

The couch doctor did a good job disassembling and reassembling my couch to fit it into my unit. 4 months later the couch broke and began sinking down in the middle. I called the couch doctor who told me I should be covered for structural damage and we made an appointment for him to come do repairs. He never showed up for the appointment and been ignoring my calls and texts ever since.

I was pleasantly surprised that they even offered this but I dont think a business should make promises it can't keep or ignore it's customers.

Should have read the other reviews before calling this guy. Daniel confirmed appointment day before and was a no show. Called and texted him continually with now response. This company is totally unprofessional and a scam.

Daniel confirmed an appointment and made me drive all the way from Suffolk County into the city and never showed, never answered his phone or texts. This seems to be their way of doing business if you read many of the other reviews. I wonder if he's going to use the excuse "the repairman got into a terrible accident on the way to your job" as he did with the others. Must have a lot of bad drivers LOL! Find somebody else this company is useless
