My family has worked with three different attorneys and the wonderful assisting staff at Coughlin & Gerhart on three different concerns during the past two years and have received excellent and professional service and support.

I had a really positive experience with the firm overall and I would recommend them. When I was initially looking for an attorney, from the moment I called, I received better and more professional service than any other firm I called. Attorney Zachary Morahan did a phenomenal job for me. Attorney Morahan is extremely good at what he does and I would highly recommend him. He was honest with me from the start and kept his word on the things he said. I would say he’s a top tier attorney. He’s very meticulous with his work and knows what he’s doing very well. He’s also personable and well-spoken. He’s exactly the type of person one would want on their side. Again, I would highly recommend Attorney Zachary Morahan.

I couldn't even get a return phone call. 3 weeks & they don't even call to find out about why I called them. Really poor business practice or too big to deal with lowly peasants.

Their lawyer wasn't sure of the estate laws in PA. It costed my family thousands of dollars to hire another lawyer to help fight the estate to make sure we were given our monies. Everything was bad from the advising that we weren't going to get anything to delays in communication to having to pay another lawyer to watch and make sure that they did what they were supposed to do. Also, to make things worse, when the accounting was sent over it didn't even add up correctly. I would not recommend this law firm for anything! Never mind an estate closing. I wish I could give -0 stars!

I have a problem with my bank and even though they do not represent the bank, they declined to even listen to my case. They said they would rather not take a chance representing the little man in hopes of one day representing a bank that is not even their client. How do I give zero stars?

All 3 of these attorneys performed at the highest level, and always treated me with respect and care. Their assistants are professional and competent.
