Unbelievably good customer service. The staff really care about their customers and get to know them by name. Incredibly knowledgeable in their respective departments, they can fill custom orders and provide help with your plant and animal questions. An incredible gem I wish I had known about sooner.

My daughter bought a fish from them. It died 4 days later and the manager wouldn’t do anything about it. We even had water tested before buying the fish. I told the manager this. He didn’t care.

I visited the store today almost completely ignorant of what I wanted. I asked to speak with a gardening specialist I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Rick. I attempted to explain to him what I wanted, with this kind man's help assisted by the manager. They provided me with the exact product I required. Thank you to the helpful people at country max.

Every time we go in, there’s never a time we’re we get ignored. I have multiple different animals one being a bearded dragon and I have to get him crickets and they employees are always so helpful even the cashiers they always say hello. Great place to shop

We went to get some Beta fish and there was one literally DEAD and one with little water and so yellow we barely could see it and looked very unhealthy, I’m posting the pictures as well.

Went into the store looking for a cat prevention hood for our Christmas tree, they like the water. When my wife and I walked in the sales girl, very polite, asked if she could help us and did just that. She showed us what they had to offer and it was perfect. The store it's self was very clean and supplied with everything and anything one would want or need for any pet, dog, cat, horse, sheep, fish, bunnies, and the like. Massive amounts of food, toys and necessities. Well worth one's time to check it out, highly reccomended.

I like the selections available at CountryMax. They have pet supplies, some pets are available, garden and yard tools, plants, shrubs, and more.

Clean store! The employees are always friendly and willing to help. I was treated very well recently and recieved some extra support from store staff. I am very greatful! As far as customers go.bravo! Not a single peraon on my visit without a face mask. The employee who brought curbside pickup out was wearing a mask as well. Kudos to CountryMax, we will be back!

I love this store it is so organized and the workers are so nice buy my dog and cat stuff there all the time and they have never been injured.

I love this store! Everyone is friendly and helpful that works there! It's always clean and it's very easy to find stuff! I bought 2 rabbits here and they are the best!

Rude staff always up front in a group instead of around the store to help. If there are actually any employees on the floor they walk the other way and avoid customer interaction. Oh and if you dont buy anything, before you walk out the front door they attack you with questions and make you feel like you stole something. Hate this location. I drive the extra 15 min to get to the cicero location as often as I can.

The pet department and the assistant manager were absolutely amazing people and could not have been more helpful!
