Courtyard by Marriott Kingston

The stay was average. Our room had a musky smell (probably due to the carpet) and the bathroom had no window or vent which invites mold. That’s probably why the ceiling in the bathroom had patches that were done over. The hot tub in the pool area smelled like fish (no joke) probably had no chlorine in there. Other than a comfortable bed and proximity to shopping, I really cant say anything positive

Very nice room. Seems a little under staffed though. [Housekeeping was still cleaning rooms after six and our king rooms werent ready even at 5pm] nice area, close to mall & shops, restaurants

Beautiful hotel and room. However, I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't have complimentary coffee aroun the clock until now. Ridiculous

We got a Mountain View room.it was so beautiful. & the employees were so pleasant. I always enjoy staying at Marriot BonVoy =]

The staff by far in any hotel I've EVER STAYED IN WAS INCREDIBLE. THE GENERAL MANAGER IS BY FAR THE MOST GENUINE, CARING, UNDERSTSNDING MANAGER OF ANY HOTEL IVE VISITED. THANK YOU LADIES YOUR MY NUMBER ONE CHOICE ALWAYS. GO STAY AT COURTYARD. ROOMS ARE PERFECT IN EVERYWAY. GREAT MINI MARKET. POOL AND JACUZZI CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. I LOVE THIS PLACE. TO ANYONE THAT STAYS THERE BE NICE TO THESE HARDWORKING LADIES!

Impeccable service! I stayed there for four nights during a work trip in Kingston. Wow! Christina is so great and helpful. I may not remember her name now, but the evening concierge lady with the gray hair is super! She made my stay there most pleasant! I had to rush out to work one morning, and totally had no time for a laundry swap. I as reluctant to ask for help, but I'm so happy I did! She even folded my clothes, and brought them up to my room at 218 upon my return that evening! I highly recommend this place. Always clean, everyday, and their service is unique and unmatched. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay while there to ski! Everybody was so pleasant and the rooms were extremely clean! The general manager Christina was very helpful when we arrived home and realized a pair of eyeglass were left behind! They found them and willingly packaged them safely and she personally went to mail them at the post office. They arrived safely and we were very grateful It’s so nice to know there are kind, thoughtful and professional employees/ people in this world still!

I typically seek out residence inn during business travel. I don’t fancy courtyards. This is my 3rd stay with this hotel. This courtyard has been my savior, and is far superior to the residence Inn next door.
-2 points today; 1st time I witnessed a guest Allowed to enter the minuscule elevator without a mask on. After witnessing this; for my safety, I decided to climb the 3 flights of stairs with my luggage.
Otherwise, my go-to hotel while in Kingston. During COVID, they are also providing coffee in the morning and bagged breakfast to go! In fact, the breakfast was far better than residence inn as well. Plenty of parking available. Mall / food options locally available.

We liked this place the few times we stayed there, and especially liked the pool and hot tub. But note that unlike some of the other hotels in the area (including the newer Residence Inn practically right across the street), it does not include breakfast in the price.

Although I did not have the opportunity to stay at this location (my hotel was across the street.) you have an outstanding young lady named nikia who unfortunately had to deal with a lady I can only assume was named Karen. Karen was badgering nikia to get a better room for a lower price and when nikia states she was new and was unsure of how she could provide that service, Karen stormed out saying all of the usual things about a phone call and how it was horrible service because she’s an “elite” member and she should be treated better. Nikia simply apologized and never failed to be kind to them.

I travel often for business and spend a lot of time in hotels. I have never had the level of service that I received in this hotel from front desk, restaurant, and management. It may be a basic accommodation in terms of quality and amenities - but the service makes this hotel outstanding. I will definitely be back.

We have been staying at this hotel multiple times per summer for the last (5) summers. The staff is friendly, accommodating and the rooms are always very clean.

Fairly standard hotel experience. The rooms and facilities were clean. No free breakfast, though.

Everyone is extremely nice and the food at the Bistro was very good. If you stay there, be sure to tip Antwan and Susie. They're very good cooks. You won't find anyone nicer than Susie. If you run into her while you're there, give her a hug for me and say Chad said hi.i

I was next to a family that allowed their kids to run around the room and up and down the hallway. I finally called the front desk at 11pm and they wanted to move ME. When I finally agreed to that there was only 2 rooms either across the hall from them or underneath them. I ended up staying where I was although I was tempted to move to the hotel across the street. Other then that the room was clean.

The staff we're nice and welcoming. The conference room was also nice, and there we're no distractions. I enjoyed the time i had spent there.

I am always impressed with the quality, comfort and friendly staff at the Marriott Courtyards I've stayed at. The Marriott Courtyard in Kingston is even nicer than some of the others I've been to. I loved the bistro! It was so clean, cheerful and roomy. The staff treated me like a VIP! As always, the room was clean, modern and cozy.

Clean and in a nice area. Would stay again. The hotel bar, if you could call it that was a joke but we went out to get our own and all was good. Would definitely stay again!

The pool got a little chaotic with large groups of teens on weekend nights, which was tough luck for the smaller kids. Other than that the place was clean, very comfortable and we LOVED the breakfast buffet.
