Great place, clean and cozy! Juliana at the front desk very professional, knowledgeable and extremely polite. This place totally exceeded all my expectations.

Great hotel with a warm and very accommodating staff of people who really want to help you.

I just love the hotel. It is very comfortable with very nice rooms and a great bed.

The Courtyard staff is amazing. Interaction with every single person, multiple trips, has been great. They are truly there to help with a smile and a friendly gesture.

I highly recommend this hotel.

They charge for parking. Room was not clean and the people are not Hospitable.
This is clearly a 1 star establishment.
They do not even give you complimentary water.
Not worth $250.00 a night AT ALL!
This is a prime example of why Air BNB is flourishing.

Quick bottom line: I would stay here again as but I wish parking was free. 4 star experience due to no free breakfast & needing to pay for each night of parking (but these weren't surprises. They're listed on their website). Everything else was clean and fantastic!

Detailed facts you want to know -
General:
0. Unexpectedly swanky inside. From some of the reviews, I thought it was going to be terrible but glad I was wrong!
1. There's Homewood Suites sharing the same parking lot, so don't worry if you see Homewoods first. You're at the right place. Just follow the sign for Courtyard Marriott
2. No pets allowed, not even to visit (call in advance and check about service animals because I'm not sure about those)
3. Parking is $10 (daily.)
4. Breakfast is not included. There is a 24/7 "Market" that sell sundries and snacks, and a "Bistro/Starbucks" (open 6a-10a & 5p-10p on wkdays, 7a-11a & 5p-10p on wkends. More info on their website).
5. Pool (cool temp) and whirlpool/hot tub/jacuzzi (hot temp) are open 9a-9p wkdays (unsure about wkends). May be closed on some days for maintenance
6. Fitness center is open 24/7 (there are water fountains near it)
7. There are guest laundry available for you to near the ice machines (3rd & 5th fl)
8. It kind of has a "business center" with 2 computers with a Webcam, and a printer. There also was a separate "boarding pass" section with a printer

Room:
0. No water bottles in the room
1. Odd numbered room face the highway with trees. Even rooms face the other hotel (Homewood Suites). Both views can be seen in the pictures. It's November 2022, so you can see some lovely foliage outside from theodd numbered room. Great lighting.
2. I had a very spacious room with double queen bed (see pics). Microwave, small refrigerator, single coffee maker, hairdryer, ironing board and iron available in room (last three items were in the closet)
3. Didn't see a safe in the room
4. Shower/tub available with body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall
5. Thermostat on is the wall and can be very easily manipulated
6. Housekeeping folks are sweet and awesome

Random:
*If you have the Bonvoy app and want to use the mobile room keys, just know that it may or may not work for your room. So make sure you carry the physical card (for me, mobile keycard only worked for the Fitness room so I got locked out. Don't make the same mistake that I made and carry the physical card around!)
*Good food at Bistro but has limited options and a bit pricey (for food, think Starbucks prices with Starbucks taste). You can also eat at Red Lobster or Smokey Bones (?) right next door. Did not see much options for vegan or vegetarians though.

Held a surprise party for a 60th Birthday and was thoroughly impressed every step of the way! The location is convenient, the event space was updated and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Sabrina, the catering manager, went above and beyond and was especially accommodating and knowledgeable with every request! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great party or convention space

Desperately needs some updating. Alarm clock had to be one of the first on the market when the digital clock was invented. If this were a budget hotel, it'd be fine, but it isn't. Staff was very helpful and friendly, however.

Went to a recital in one of the confernece rooms and it was the perfect spot. Nice and cozy made the kids feel welcome and comfy

Nicely updated rooms and common spaces, immaculate bathrooms, excellent staff, and interesting/delicious menu options in both bistro and Marketplace pantry-for-purchase. Also high quality cocktails and wines in both areas. Convenient to LIE and McArthur airport.

Uncaring and unhelpful staff. If I could give it zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

When here to attend a meeting. I would like to stay there if I had the need. I drive by there all the time but haven't been in yet until today, quite impressed.

Rebecca and Cody in the bistro are top notch. They are always serving with a smile and are somehow cheerful that early in the morning, every morning.

Awful unaccommodating Marriott property. Has its own policies to avoid loyal customers using points under different conditions. Unsympathetic employee suggest I stay at Hilton. Titanium Elite don't mean $#! * here!

The room was very spacious, I took a room with double beds for my kids and myself. It was clean, I really love the individually wrapped cups and overall cleanliness even though I take wipes to do a once over as well. Tiny fridge but enough room to store leftovers. Quiet and peaceful area. It was a really hot day so we used their indoor pool, it was fantastic. There is also a hot tub available as well. The staff was friendly and my stay was wonderful. There are two restaurants in walking distance. The Ronkonkoma train station is close by and it's an easy jump to the LIE. On site parking for a fee. Small pantry area with plenty of stock.

Had to pay for parking-mold in bathroom-fixure in bathroon fell off-overcharge me for room, still trying to get the 40 dollars back-only hotel I have ever been in that there was not free coffee in lobby

This hotel doesn’t make any sense. My friends an I did a small trip. Me and two of my other friends were 21 so we were old enough since their website says 21 is the minimum age. All of our other friends were over 18. They wouldn’t let us check in because some members of our party were not 21. That made no sense. What if I was on vacation with my kids am I not allowed to check in because my kids are not 21. So I don’t know. I guess if you have kids you cannot book a hotel here because they might not let you check in. The staff members just judged my friends and I as irresponsible teens that were going to destroy their rooms. It was unbelievable.

Very nice hotel. Pool and hot tub indoors, room kept very hot. Coin laundry very cheap. Nothing really near hotel except Red Lobster and Smokey Bones. No breakfast. Large pantry, items expensive. Room fridge very tiny so really unable to stock and eat for cheap. Stayed on business. Not sure I'd pay that price for no breakfast and tiny fridge on a vacation.

Here we are in New York my husband Parwinder Singh Kang and myself A’JeeA’JeeKaurSinghQueen Kapur A’JeeKaurSingh-Kang spent one night at the Holiday Inn Express because they were booked with no rooms available. So, then in a haste I booked the wrong place spending a ($1,000) one-thousand at the Marriott Residence Inn. I couldn’t take another night so I was ecstatic when I went to the Courtyard Marriott. The Manager, Day Evening, and Night Staff were Phenomenal.
I booked my usual a KING size SUITE with a Whirlpool. We ordered from the Indian restaurant Curry which we enjoyed because I wasn’t going to cook. Here I’m spending near $2,000 two-thousand I requested for room service. Shockingly I couldn’t believe the housekeeping especially giving them a tip prior to stepping out. I sent a response to staff onboard and yes they were apologetic but nothing was done.
Thank you for sending housekeeping services. Perhaps, the hotel is low on dish washing detergent for the dishwasher. As I don't wash dishes by hand nor put liquid detergent in a dishwasher. However, I do rinse the debris and scrape the food out before placing it in the dishwasher. I didn’t bother to inquire or disturb the hotel cleaners when I had first told them the soap dispenser and shampoo were empty. So, they went and gave thé refills to other staff to bring in the room. One of the garbage pails they didn’t place a bag. Well, if I had known this is the service I would have received I would haven’t given both of them a tip. My husband and I left.we didn't feel the need to hover and watch. Thank you for sending your housekeeping services. The desk staff has been wonderful, pleasant and helpful. I want you to know I do appreciate your kindness.
Least did I know they didn’t give my husband and I a full bottle of body wash. I told my husband I watched her pick up the full bottles but then went into another guest room where another staff brought out the bodywash to place in our suite. Seriously, I told the staff to just shut the door once she was finished as my husband and I were heading out. As I returned the Whirlpool jet tub wasn’t cleaned. Then I noticed the partial half midway bottle that I feel was taken from another guest room.
My husband stated yes they put partial and take the full bottles home. I said NO…that’s stealing and why would they want to risk being dismissed from work. So, I couldn’t believe the amount of money I’m spending, especially when the hotel isn’t immaculate or prestigious. To be done in this manner by their housekeeping is absolutely obscured.

Fantastic Hotel and service. Rooms were big and clean. Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Large lobby with a Starbucks. We traveled with three couples so we always had a place we could meet after running to our rooms before the next outing. I would highly recommend a stay here.
